If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would! WORST. PLACE. EVER. Ive been in some pretty bad places, but this blows every other place out of the water. I lived in a European country that was dictated under Communism for several years.. so trust me, I have tough skin to a lot of things. I dont make complaints easily, I let a lot of things slip by. This place is filled with the most unprofessional people Ive ever met. To be honest, Im not even sure 90% of the nurses even went to school.. they were so confused, didnt know what to do and I was basically telling them what needed to be done. One specific nurse had herpes (her lip was filled with red bumps and had puss coming out of them) yet she was still touching and interacting with patients!! The place was dirty, not sure the last time someone broomed (dead roaches, leaves, etc) People at the front desk ignore you and will continue their personal call for 30+ minutes while you wait to be assisted. Then when they finally get off the phone, they treat you like youre a bother to them. DO NOT GO HERE. I was warned its a bad place, but I have an emergency problem come up and I didnt think itd be THIS bad. This place needs to be shut down asap.

If I can give negative stars, I would. I had a few tests ran and got treated for one out of 2 this. Nurse Said she wanted to wait for that results so she will give me the other treatment. I also paid the $30 on top of the normal $80 for the 3day turnaround. The other nurse had already sent it to state, which is 7-10 days for results. Well, now they wont give me a refund for the $30, told me I had to make an appointment, have to wait for nurses to come back from lunch (this is all from 1pm to 5pm two hours before they close), and refuse to give me anything over the phone, as well as the nurse forgot to put my information in the computer system, and my results are not in yet. Its been almost a damn month! I do not recommend anyone using this place. I highly recommend firing the whole lot of them or tearing it down.

All I wanted to do was come in for a TB skin test. So I called the local hospital and they told me to call the health dept. They answered were rude from the get go, then told me the do administer TB tests on Friday until 1p.m. It was 11:30 am when I called....so I was like "yay...I can make it by then" then the rude woman on the phone was like...um no, weve had all the walk-ins we are going to take for the day! #1. I have health insurance. #2. a TB test takes like 3 min total to do. #3 most importantly...if your not going to take in anymore people then why in the hell tell me you give them until 1???!!!! Rude....this is definitely a avoid place!

At time i went in there to get pregnancy Medicaid bc i had just found out i was pregnant again, my son was about 8 months old at the time and they gave me the most disgusting look bc i was pregnant again and then they asked me if my children had the same father and i replied with no bc they dont and they looked at me like i was so trash or something!

This was excellent! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I received the services I needed, no judgement. There was no charge for the procedure. I was able to call on Monday, had the appointment on Tuesday, couldnt have been easier. Highly recommend this Health Department!

unfortunately very unprofessional...long waits and worse of all...messed up my kids names on the immunization certificate! good thing they didnt give it to the wrong child! and good thing I caught it before leaving....or else...try fixing THAT one up! Very disappointed !

I have never delt with a compony that you couldnt leave a voice mail because they never check thge message what makes the box full....i also have never delt with someone picking up the fax machine everytime you try to send records. I DO NOT LIKE THIS COMPONY!

If you really need assistance. This is really an outstanding place to go and yes you may have to wait. Make a appointment, that may save them & you time. Try to remember there doing a service for you. GOD BLESS!

They said I could get my nexaplanon out in 6 months and when I called they said a year or I have to pay 400$ Then you have to make a separate appointment just for them to look at it and touch your arm.

The front staff sucks!!!! You have an appt && still have to wait 3 hours plus. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone E V E R
