overall everything was good, Wait time was about 30 minutes, the time I waited on the dr was about 30 minutes, but they are having to update previous records on computer, not quick as handwriting, but cannot be mistaken what is said. setting an appointment is more difficult as you usually get voice mail and then it may be a couple days before they return the call IF they return the call at all. So their issue is the front desk which at times is so busy. Need more staff or better management in that area. but not enough staff as to be walking over each other. maybe a pediatric side....this would utilize more free time to handle phone issues, for a while. needs to be a cut off time as well to schedule appointments for the next day and after this time it will auto go to the following day. this should be on the voice recording as well.

If youre looking for a Primary Care facility, dont walk - run... to another health system. The level of operational ineptitude, blatant disregard for patient safety and security, in addition to major HIPPA violations at the MedLink Winder office is worthy of an investigation. Dont expect anything but lip service from MedLink corporate offices in Colbert, GA. It wont be long until everyone knows the name MedLink - from the news, when their back-alley doctors inevitably escalate their apathetic practice to dangerous, if not lethal, levels.

I like to say to the start , I am thankful for the clinic. I would have to pay around 700.00 and more a month for just my medicine.I do see where it can be improved but.... lets just be thankful for this help. And every time I been there staff been very nice.. I do wish doctors would stay there for a time. The main guy in the pharmacy is the bomb .. he CARES.....never had one like him .. Also very clean place. Thank you for whoever established the clinic.

Im giving this a 3 star, because of the times I have to call sometimes DAYS to get an appt. I have no problem with getting the Pharmacy to answer. Secondly, I dont receive call backs about whether my child prescriptions are ready. Its frustrating when my daughter has asthma. If I could give the stars on Dr. Smith it would be 5*. The staff 5*, and the wait time 5*, but setting an appt. Sheesh!

We have been seeing Dr. Ahmed since the beginning of 2017 & find him not only to be the most caring Doctor we have ever gone to, but also the most knowledgeagle physician. My husband & I always feel very comfortable with Dr. Ahmed & his nurse & ifmore than 5 stars could be given we would give Dr. Ahmed all the stars in the sky. Sincerely, Sandi & David Kane

Dr. Mckusker is the best pediatrician ever! She is so good with the kids, always returns my calls promptly when I have questions, she knows who we are, remebers things about us and makes our visits personal. She takes the time and always makes a thoughtful diagnosis. Also, our nurse marisol is fantastic. Nothing but good things to say about them!

Dr. Smith is a great doctor. She has been very considerate, professional and insightful regarding the healthcare of my children. I appreciate her sound judgement.

can not ever get them to pick up phone every time i call it goes to voicemail and if i get a call back it is many hours or days later

Been with them since I was very young. Im 18 now, lol. I love this place. They are the best in winder.
