I made an appointment for a weekday morning and made arrangements for a sitter for my young son. 30 minutes before the appointment time, the office called saying they needed to reschedule. My sitter had just arrived and I was not happy that I was given such short notice. I rescheduled for the next day at 1:30. My wife was able to leave work early and I made a trip up there. I walked in at 1:20 expecting to spend a few minutes filling out paperwork. Instead, I walked in to several people looking surprised to see me walk in - one lady seemed to be reaching for the door to keep me from getting through. They asked what I was doing there. "I have an appointment for 1:30" I responded, now confused why a person sitting in the lobby would be asking. "We are on lunch break" I clearly still had a confused look on my face. "We didnt lock the door because we are waiting on medical supplies to be delivered. Youll need to wait outside." Then the man sitting nearby says, "its just a few minutes". So, I seriously have to wonder why they would schedule me for 1:30 and not 1:45? Certainly they anticipate people arriving a few minutes early. Since it is unseasonably cool for May, I thought it was tacky to insist I stand outside since I clearly had no jacket. Now, because they dont mention a cancellation fee on their site, message system, or when we spoke over the phone, I will hope this is the last interaction I have with this doctors office. Given the lack of professionalism, I wont hold my breath.

I called to make an appointment for myself and was told I needed to change my PCP. Which I did as requested. I was informed there were no appointments available for same day but, was not informed there were no new patient appointments until next month. I am 31 weeks pregnant and have a really bad cold with ear and throat pain. I explained this to the representative and she insisted there were no openings until next month. Now, due to my plan I can not change my PCP until after 6 months and now I am forced to go and be treated at the hospital. Not a happy camper! If I have these type of issues with the front office I wonder how the rest of the staff is like.

Very compassionate doctor..went today very sick he spent at least 30 minutes with me..5 scrips feel like he really cares about getting you better without several visits.
