Honestly ,if I could give them a 0 on stars that would be my first option.at first I saw Dr. Chavannes and well let me tell you shes terrible to have as a doctor she have 0 people and listening skills,she dont listen to what you need.i told her I need a referral for a nutritionist because my cardiologist want me to loose some weight but she ignore that completely and give me all other referrals,I go one and tell her about my health condition but she seems like shes not paying attention at all.so I schedule my next appointment with Dr Campbell because I get headaches daily and he send me to get an mri,when I call the imagine office they tell me I cant get an mri because I have a pacemaker and the Dr knew this. it seem like that office have people playing drs.i have a serious health condition and cant trust any of those drs.

I was very satisfied with this practice until the board of director decided to limit Wellcare HMO patients access to the Wellcare network of physicians. This practice has their own list of "preferred physicians" and would not allow me to see the physicians I chose who are board certified. I called Wellcare and was told that this was unacceptable and they did not approve. I chose to leave this practice.

wonderful experience. staff really know their stuff. insurance, deductions, laboratories, etc.. made appt. at 8am came back at 115pm for my appt out by 145 pm. checked in, saw the nurse, doctor, got a script a referral labs and checked out. everyone with a smile on their face made me feel better considering how sick I was feeling.

I loved Dr.Campbell but everyone else really failed at their job. To get in contact with the lady that is in charge of referrals it literally took me a month and the only way I got anything resolved was going to the office in person. Communication here is terrible.
