First, was told they are on Allegan Brilliants program where I get points (credits) I can use against any purchases. I received 24 units of botox that showed no results.... Told to wait 2 weeks... Nurse pract. was not in the office, but got an appointment 25 days later with another nurse pract. That would not touch up my bad results... was happy to charge me .. 6 more units. Still no results..... I have had botox going on 10 years now and this is the only office I have dealt with that not only doesnt make good on their services, theyre not good at documenting services with programs they are in. I did not get my points with Brilliants rewards on my first visit because no one documented it and they cant go back to change it. So Im told.. its on me..... Thanks. Very disappointed in this office... Thought I could find a place close to my house but would rather drive out of town for better service.

I am posting this because my fiance is very upset due to this office not delivering on what they promise and not assisting in a solution. Plus not to mention the fact that the first procedure did not work and she returned to have it corrected and they charged her more for something they did not do from the first trip

I had my first visit with the NP this afternoon. She is incredibly well versed in her specialty and performed two completely painless biopsies. I will definitely be returning for regular check ups.
