I went into this office on a Tuesday and filled out all my new patient paper work and waited about 30 minutes to be called back. The receptionist then (30 minutes later) decided to tell me that my appointment wasnt until the next Tuesday. Why would you not see this on your computer when I checked in and then still make me wait? With the skin problems Im currently having I really needed to be seen sooner. So she made me an appointment for the following Friday. Friday comes around and I again go into the office. Only this time to find out that my appointment was somehow "cancelled". Why would I cancel my appointment if i urgently needed care? The receptionist had made this appointment for me then basically couldnt not help me at all because they were booked, which I understand, but they did not even make the slightest effort to help or seem like they cared. I still have my following Tuesday appointment that was my original appointment but I will definitely NOT be returning to this horrible office. I already paid my co pay too... I am a college student who does not have time to be driving out there and them telling me that my appointment is cancelled and not even trying to get me in. I have redness all over my face that they can clearly see and it burns constantly. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment today with my original dermatologist, probably because they actually know how to take care of their clients. 0/10 I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

patients should understand that at any doctors office there may be a lengthy wait, especially when certain specialties are already very scarcely staffed. We make every effort to accommodate as many patients as possible due to this fact, however patients complain about how long it takes to get in, we work them in, then they complain about the wait even after they know we are booked! As a healthcare provider, I did not understand as a patient how much time it took to care for patients and now I understand that even if we accommodate them it will still not be enough. My message to patients is this: we are doing our best with what we have. Try to be considerate of the fact that we are attempting to do our best and although you are forced to wait to be seen, we are attempting to provide excellent care in stressful situations. If a wait is too much for you, reschedule. In most instances, you will see one of two things: either the doctor is worth the wait, or you should have stayed at the doctor you just complained about. I scheduled an appointment for a dry patch on my face. While in the office the physician suggested I have some moles biopsied. I was told the biopsies would be about $200. I agreed to the treatment. On multiple occassions I inquired about costs due the fact that I have a HDHP and pay cash. I paid my charges when I left the office and had a treatment plan. Weeks later, I received hundreds of dollars in unexpected bills due to the fact that I paid all fees while in the office. I called to inquire. The billing specialist was rude, and only provided excuses, not resolutions. There was no offer to look into the situation further. Also, the treatment plan was unsuccessful. I will not be returning here unless I get a call from the doctor with some resolution.

Had a skin check appointment with Dr.Mullick. After 45 minutes i still had not been called back. The older lady they called beside me jokingly commented to the nurse that she didnt know if she could get up as she had been sitting so long. After that I asked the receptionist how much longer? There were two people in rooms ahead of me. That means at least another 30 minutes before i see the Doctor. An hour and 15 minutes is not an acceptable wait time. It shows no respect for your patients time. They could also tell you when you check in that the wait will be long so you can decide if you want to waste your time. I left and wont go back unless they are the only derm office left.

My daughter was seen there a month ago. Spent 4 minutes and did not look closely at my childs face. Gave us a piece of paper with a number in New York to order the medication. They did not have it. Took 2 weeks to finally get it from another place. HATE the leave a message line. Never a human. My daughter is crying last night with red, swollen face that is also dry and flaking. She had tried to put CeVe moisture cream on it and it was burning. Nothing I could do . Called this AM now 1:55 PM no return call. Will not subject my child to this place. Also, billed $148.00 for their "service." MIGHT BE GOOD FOR ADULTS BUT HORRIBLE FOR TEENS.

I recently rated Dr. levy and his office staff and made a terrible error and hit the lowest star instead of the best. I want to apologize for this error in choosing the wrong star. Dr. Levy and his office are the most professional and passionate office I have been to. Dr Levy takes time , listens to his patients, has wonderful bedside manners and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his profession. You will not find a better dermatologist in Memphis or surrounding area.

Dr Levy is great. But the appointment desk is uncaring and give you an attitude they could care less. Dr Levy has taken skin cancer from my arm - I now have a really bad spot on my back and they gave me a July 5th date, with no option to get on a waiting list. Told them I would have to find another Doctor, they really did not care. Dr Levy deserves better.

A personal review: New patient, sweetest staff, prompt attention, very complete treatment, Dr. Danielle Levine did not miss a thing! Unlike previous derm Docs I have seen, she is patient and thorough! Staff and assistants are likewise efficient, caring and accommodating. 2 visits and have experienced about 10 minutes wait time, very impressive.

Saw the Nurse Practitioner about a skin lesion that concerned me. They were able to remove it same day in the office. Staff was kind and thorough. Hardly any wait at all. Great experience.
