I was very displeased with my recent experience. It was my first time at Wellspring with my 16 year old daughter. We had went for treatment of acne. The PA was only with us for a 5 minutes and talked so fast I had a hard time following. She was nice but was just in a hurry. She told 3 items we needed to purchase from them, which I did, and then 3 prescriptions I need to get from a pharmacy. She said I she use West Town Pharmacy next door to them so I wouldnt get the generic medicine. She failed to tell me it would be about $700 for a month supply. When I went to the pharmacy they asked me for coupons. I had no idea what they were talking about. The pharmacy told me to go back to Wellsprings for coupons. I walked back over and they didnt have any. Needless to say I didnt purchase the medicine and feel like I wasted my time with to the PA. We have another appointment for May but I dont know a reason for me to go back if I will be treated the same.

Visiting Wellsprings was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the region. The ancillary staff was overwhelmingly courteous, professional, and timely. The doctor I saw was the upmost professional with incredible bedside manner. They even went out of their way to keep the cost of the visit down. The bottom line is if you want an incredible experience with a dermatology specialist I implore you to go to Wellsprings.

The staff is extremely nice! I needed to purchase some gift items for a Christmas present and the staff was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Paducah area looking for Spa services. Very good experience dealing with Wellsprings Institute!
