The other reviews were pretty spot on. This place is awful. It took me a month and a half to get an appointment. I arrived before my scheduled time in case I needed to fill out paperwork. The lady at the front desk was all hyped up on energy chocolate. I know this because she made a loud point of saying it a million times and trying to ask her anything was like trying to talk to a crackhead looking for a lighter. After being there an hour and a half and the staff calling back 3 other patients including 2 new patients (like me) I told the crackhead-acting-front desk woman I had to go. She did not offer to reschedule or offer to see how much longer the wait would be. I simply got an "Okay! Well take your name down.". I would only recommend this place if you are scratching golf ball sized holes in your skin and every other dermatologist in a 150 mile radius is booked solid. If that is the case I would also recommend you take a flask and a full bottle of Xanax with you to tolerate the staff.

Wow I have never been to a doctors office that the people were that rude Dr John D Burk was short, ask questions that as far as I can tell had nothing to do with my condition mostly because he didnt take the time to explain anything, he just threw a few peace of paper at me and said this is what you have and then started telling the nurses what drugs I need. When one of them ask what it was he was talking about he talked to her like she was a idiot. The women at the front desk was also rude and was more worried about talking about what gym she cant go to because she had ballgames she go to with one of the other women. It seemed like everyone hated their jobs. Needless to say he might be the best doctor in north MS but I wont go back.

Obviously the ladys at the front desk hate their job. They dont deserve to have that job, they seem as if they believe they are better than normal people? I dont understand? How can such people with horrible attitudes keep such a job? I always thought it was proper to greet and say hello to everybody. Not roll your eyes 100 times as if nobody in the waiting room can see..... This place is a dump. Dr burk is the only one their worth a damn. I repeat the ladys at the front desk are rude! Beyond rude. I felt as if it was 3 sassy high school kids just doing as they please. My family will not come back. Ever.. SMH

This office is horrible!! When we first arrived instead of being friendly she was extremely rude said to fill out this, give me your insurance card, and grab a clipboard. I didnt even get a chance to start filling the paperwork out when she called me back up to tell me I had missed my appointment. I told her that when the office called to remind me of my appointment it was at 130, she then proceed to argue with me while rolling her eyes. The office is a big dump with furniture that was so nasty I didnt even want to sit down. I would not recommend this office if it was the only place available.

Never again will I go to this place.! I see a comment below talking about how rude the ladys are at the front desk. They do not deserve that job at all. Obvious this place has tons of problems I mean just look at the reviews? The lady with the ugly grey hair in the front is seriously odd. There is no reason to be a pain in the ass 24/7. I could watch her answer phones and talk like a prissy young lady, then when she hangs up the phone her attitude changes rolls her eyes, starts talking about random stuff and just simply being rude. I will never go back.

took 6 weeks to get in. they called the day of appointment, said doctor was sick. o.k so what, 2 or 3 days more? they said it would take another 5 weeks. so this place on my back is going to get better in all these weeks, waiting. a bunch of other stuff to crazy to go in to. a different person answers the phone every time. no two people knows what is going on in office. so weird!! go to doctor hooker in westpoint, I am.

The staff for Dr. Burk is very rude...especially his nurse. Those people are very snappy towards their patients. Also, they do not do what they say they will do for you. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

Was very impressed with the clinic. First time patient and was in and out of there within an hour.Dr. Burke was very thorough and attentive. Would recommend to anyone.
