I was planning on writing a good review after my visit last week, BUT I just looked at my insurance claim and had to let others know to beware when making an appointment at this office. I chose this office because I was able to get in quickly. The office visit was fine for the most part. I paid $140.00 up front, which is what I was told the visit would cost. The office billed my insurance an additional $300.00 on top of this, without my knowledge. My insurance would only cover $155 of this visit. So, after speaking with Cigna and the doctors office, I now owe $15.00 in addition to the $140.00 that I already paid. If you plan to visit this dermatologist, you may want to act as a cash paying patient to come out without owing any money.

Awesome best Dermotologist Ive ever been to! Please book an appointment, this Dr has great bedside manners and he diagnosed and removed a problem spot in the same appointment. Forget all the other bad stuff you see on google about this MD, those people are hateful people and arent happy in their lives. And its not ok for them to try and deface this healthcare professionals care output. Book today if you want to know the truth about problematic on your skins.

Called this office today. Put on hold for 10 mins. Told the receptionist that I was a first-time patient. And that I had some spots on my arm that I wanted checked out. She asked me what type of insurance I had. I told her Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.she told me that they do not except that insurance. I said huh?
