My experience here is not good at all, I have expressed how I feel and the doctors have just over looked it. They dont accomdate you while being pregnant I havent seen my doctor in two months. Im being switched like a genie pig and I dont like the staff. There rude except one of the girls that work there. The medical Assistants are young and think everything is funny. Like they just got out of school and dont have a clue of whats going on. If I wasnt so far into my pregnancy I would switch offices. I will be getting a new Doctor soon as my child is born. But I do like Dr. Markwood he seem to only have concerns for my care and health.

The only thing I liked about this office was that they delivered at St. Lukes. The doctors never seemed to care about me as a person, patient, or first pregnant woman. Amy Smith, cnm, was amazing, but she left the practice. The office staff didnt seem to care if they cancelled my appointments at the last minute or had to wait 45 mins for my appointment. The nurse call line is also a joke as the nurse literally never answers the phone and takes 3 hours to call you back... Even if its when youre questioning if youre in labor! I highly recommend NOT going here.

I had a horrible experience while pregnant dealing with the staff of this office! No OB nurse for my first trimester. Frequently moving my appointments and not including me in my plan of care. Staff demanding I do test on their time with no followup for serious problems and told that I couldnt have my records.

Friendly, takes the time to listen to you and if you can get morning appt times, you are seen within 10 min of your scheduled appt time. the longest Ive had to wait in the waiting room was about 10 min, I like to come early anyways. I really like Dr. Southerland and Markwood, Ive only met with Twombly twice.

This doc has horrible bedside manners ....he is not recommended.... doc markwood does not care for you or show compassion in any way for patient.... beware of him .....his nurse staff is sweet but back him even if hes wrong he is the bad seed of the group he is a doc who is in it for money period

Horrible Experience ! I could not call in and talk to a nurse during periods of sickness and concern. I had food poisoning while pregnant and got sent to a voicemail twice. I never could get in contact with a nurse. I will not deal with this place again during my next pregnancy.

Both Dr. Sutherland and Dr. Markwood are great! My wife went to them for our first pregnancy and Dr. Markwood delivered. She is pregnant again and we are going back to them this time also.
