Absolutely fallen off the cliff in terms of reliability and ease of communication and wait times. Ive run out of medication several times and called in refills that never were filled, leaving me to damage my body for days (type 1 diabetic - youd think they would know this is important). Went in for a heart checkup, waited over an hour with no notification. when i went out to see what was going on, the office staff had all gone to lunch. terrible service, like its run by clowns or something. Today (dec 26th) its nearly 11am and i need a refill and their phones are going to their mail system, even though i know they are open. Ill be heading to their office in hopes of getting this refill. ridiculous. Go to a different office if you can. This place needs a serious shakeup.

A doctor was very nice, but they charged me wrong. I contacted them several times to correct the bill, and even my insurance company called them for me. My insurance company agreed with me that this health center charged me wrong. They are fraud, and they dont care what patient say although they make many mistakes. They never returned my call and they sent my bill to the collection agency after a few months.I have been taking care of many hospital bills for my family, but have never experience with this kind of worst service from any hospital. Oakwood Healthcare Center, Bellevile is the worst.

They never answer the phone! All I get is a recording from "Barb" saying she is either on the phone or away from her desk and leave a message and they will call back. Guess what they don"t! If it was not the closest clinic that covers my medical I would go elsewhere.

Terrible and completely incompetent! I would not go here if it was ther last practice in the area. Office staff has NO IDEA what they are doing. Stay clear at all costs.
