Before i got the nexplanon i was informed that any problems that occur they would take it out for only a fee of 20 dollars. They lied. I called and asked for an appointment . The lady asked for symptoms. I said weight gain. That was as far as she let me get to. She laughed and said she highly doubts that that is why i have weight gain. She wouldnt even let me finish and then she says that it will cost several hundred dollars to get it removed. Note that i am a very healthy person. I eat healthy. No junk food. No bad carbs. Only healthy. Since i have had the inplant i have had severe migraines. Every day. To the point were i cant take care of my children. And that weight gain, yeah 50 pounds. The thing is i havent eaten anything to make me gain 10 pounds much less 50, im depressed and have mood swings. And no it isnt post pardom depression. I had that wih my firt child i know what that is. Thisn is not that. Cramping. Constant cramping. To the point i am on the ground in a ball from the pain. And yes this also happens in public. Very embarrassing. Constantly feel like im dizzy. It comes in waves. Like im going to pass out. This has never happened to me before i got the inplant. My period is like a heavy waterfall of blood. I buy at least 6 packs of the overnighter pads a week. My husband spends no less that 50 a week on pads. My hair is falling out in handfulls. Ive always had beautiful hair. Thick. I understand that you lose hair after a baby. I experienced that after my first born. This is completely diffent. I have bald spots from where my hair falls out. I go to sleep at night, when i can sleep, and wake up with my pillow full of hair. And by full of hair you can no longer see my pillow for the hair. I have constant back pain. Note that i cant life not over five pounds because of the pain. I have a lack of energy. To the point it is hard to get out of my bed. And to beat it all i have the numbness kind of pain in my inserted arm. It never goes away. I havent had a pain free day since i had it inserted. i ask for help to get an appointment to get it taken out and what does jackson county health department do. They laugh and they wont even let me finish. Dont get it done by them because they dont care and they dont want it to take it out. They lied and said it would cost 20 dollars at the most if complications arrived. now several hundred dollars??? Ready to talk to my lawyer. I am past ready to take them to court.

This place is a complete waste of time they claim they are there to help you but careless to a point where they wont never answer your phone calls or fill out a simple application like medicaid with proper attention since they are the ones who do apply for it and which has costed me 1600 dollars simply because a lady that worked there put my wrong birth date on my application while she had my legal documents on hand and will not help fix it and denies that she didnt even sign me up for that even though her signature and name is on my application and when I asked how I can address this issue other workers wont give me an answer. it is sad to admit that hard working people pay their taxes and work to pay for facilities that absolutely are careless towards them.

When I call they never answer the phones or even returned phone calls. What kind of place of business never answers the phone?!
