The clinical and clerical and administrative staff are highly professional. The treatment programs provided by the Hillside Center, medical staff and psychotherapists are very effective and competent and capable with an outstanding intensive outpatient treatment program for the more serious and difficult psychiatric patients short of inpatient psychiatric treatment programs or psychiatric day treatment programs. The individual and child and family counseling treatment programs for children and their families and adult psychotherapy provide outstanding care and the most effective treatment programs available in the local area.

The staff is always helpful and understanding. I see Carol as my therapist and Dr.Nutakki as my psychiatrist. Both are extremely understanding and seem to really want to help me be the best possible version of myself. They insert little suggestions on how to help with my anxiety and depression and theyve helped me immensely. I dont know what Jane Doe is talking about, Im a person of color and I feel right at home here.

This place is a joke and I dont know how theyre still opened. Its FILTHY there, the staff answering phones are rude and need an attitude adjustment. The doctor decided she wasnt going to see me anymore after she started me on medication for the SECOND TIME. The doctor talks about her personal life, and has no idea how to conduct herself in a professional manner. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

Christina Russell NP is the best!! She dispenses my medications as well as does my therapy. It is great not having to see a separate psychiatrist during treatment. She explains what the medications are for, side effects and we discuss the treatment plans and goals regularly. I highly recommend her. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Has a nice variety of doctors and therapist to talk to. I recommend James Dearlove as a therapist. Unfortunately the staff can do a reminder call... Sometimes. They will also sometimes right down the wrong day on the return card. Had a lot of grief with paying for that and explaining why I was missing so many appointments.

Love love this place. I have struggled with depression for so many years. I still do and am unfortunately one who always will.. but the counselors at hillside are the best of the best! If you are paired with one with whom you do not click, you have options and the staff will help you find your best match!

After seeing them they referred me to mclaren out patient, knowing I have isolation issues. I didnt go to mclaren right when I was supposed to do now my case is closed at hillside. Talk about making a person feel worse.

The last Dr I had there was great it was a great place to go. The best Dr. Left Dr Start. I had him for about 25 years and Webbie was great.but something happened about scheduling and the d Dr fired me.

No place is perfect. I love my psychiatrist, Dr. Nutakki. Shes fantastic.
