$100 Dec 9th for 6 month prescription. It was written wrong express script would not fill. Dr refused to talk with express script. Would only call in 30 day once I argued with office staff. On top of it the 30 day prescription is wrong dose. I had to go back jan 30 2017 for same prescription again $100. Office staff was talking about me as I sat in the waiting room because I was the one that got mad with them when the Dr was not willing to write the prescription. I bet if the staff would have called me back instead of me calling 3 times to get a prescription I would not have gotten upset. Eveytime the nurse claim she talked to express script she got a difference response. Every time I called I got the same response. Last one she claimed was my favorite- that they dont except prescriptions mailed in from patients. How dumb can you be. Dr wrote on 2 different prescription pads. Only one they did not fill was the one that was incorrect. They filled the others.... that says it all. When they finally told me the doctor called in a 30 day I apologized to getting upset and explained I felt I had to get rude to get it resolved and I was then my normal polite person. Didnt need the attitude in comments from the so called professional office staff

Im have been pretty pleased with the staff there at the winder location. Ms. Mary is outstanding and goes out of her way to really find out the issue, also the nurse is nice and personable. Recently having issue with staff answering the phones, they have been blunt and havent transferred my call to the nurse when asked. Response is "the nurse is busy" can I Help you? No offense, but if they cant provide test results or some medical knowledge then I dont feel like relaying my issue to non medical experts only for the message to get lost in translation when getting to nurse is worth my time. I would suggest the nurse getting her own voicemail where patients can leave questions. Also with this location I have been told the delay in getting my results is because they only have one nurse and there is a paperwork delay, the organization may want to hiring more nurses for this location. Also it may be beneficial for Gwinnett clinic to start doing things more electronically, such as having test results electronically sent to them, then in turn having those results sent to the patients electronically, as it could reduce the paperwork backlog issues the nurses have with test results.

Feel like I need to counter some of the negative reviews -- Ive had a fantastic experience so far with Gwinnett Clinic in Winder. Ive been using this office as my Primary Care Provider for over a year now, Ms. Mary is FANTASTIC. She takes the time to talk through my concerns, and treatment plans. Ive been into the office with a wide range of issues and felt like i received compassionate and thorough care each time. The wait times can sometimes run long, but I know that is due to the care that is taken with each patient. Ive never felt rushed by the NP, and have always been provided time to ask questions or voice any concerns.

I have never been to this location. This is purely a review for Sarah who answered the phone when I called to give notes to my doctor. I made the mistake of calling the office my doctor was at for the day and not the one I visited. Instead of politely letting me know I should call the other office, she exhaled over the phone like I had been the greatest inconvenience to her and told me she could not do anything with the information. I understand I made a mistake, but theres no need to be rude about it.

This place will literally give you cancer. If youre looking for a quick and easy way to get aids, come to this clinic. I walked in because I had some pain in my jaw, and I left with with scoliosis because of sitting and waiting for 2 hours to be seen. It wasnt a busy day either. I maybe saw 2 other patients the entire time I was there. I believe 1 star is too much to give this place. If google offered an option on how many swastikas I could give them, it would be 10/10.
