Its the little things that make this place so inviting... From the smiling staff that greets you with a glass of water when you walk through the door... To the sound of trickling water from the fountains all around. Serenity is the most relaxing wellness center I have yet visited. You get one on one care with each therapist. They also have nice a spa room that they allow you to use if you want to make a day out of their treatments. It is well lit, have a fridge and microwave for your use! So its nice to have a couple friends together and just sit and relax between treatments! Not to mention they are so personable!!! My next spa day there is already in the works!!!

I have been getting massages bi-weekly at Serenity for 5 months now and I couldnt be happier with the quality and service I receive. I am an RN and had a muscle injury that bothered me for 8 years, and did physical therapy and injections which didnt help. After 2 visits with Sharon, I could move my shoulder without pain. I keep coming back to her so it stays loose, and I like to say she "fixed me" when other treatments didnt. The atmosphere at the spa is so relaxing, it is very clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly and nice. I love being there and wish I could go every week!

I had acupuncture last week at Serenity and it was amazing! I have have always wanted to try it and am going so that I can quit smoking. It was actually really relaxing and the staff is so professional and friendly, it made the experience even better. The atmosphere is beautiful and we do not have ANYWHERE like this in the city. This is the first time I have written a review but felt compelled to try to encourage others to try this wonderful facility if you have not already done so. By the way, they even have an umbrella policy and walk the clients to their car when it is raining! : )

I have been to Serenity Health & Wellness Center several times, and they have won me over. The service is personalized, and the staff is warm and friendly. This is not the nail salon in Maumee, but instead a comprehensive health and wellness center with many offerings, from massage and colonic hydrotherapy to skin care and hypnosis. They have fantastic discounts and coupons, and the no tipping policy gives their services added value. The location is just north of Dussel, behind the Tim Hortons and the car dealership.

Amazing! I have never experienced this type of exceptional service and atmosphere anywhere around here. Between the music, dim lighting and aromatherapy you feel relaxed the minute you walk through the door. The staff is so welcoming, the owner even went out of her way to come and greet me as well! They also have a " No Tipping" policy...cant argue with that! Exceptional service at an exceptional price!

This place is horrible at waxing. Do not waste your time or your money. I left having spent close to $100 for a leg wax and my legs were still hairy. I have never had this problem before. The next day I went to another spa. They were able to wax my legs to complete smoothness. This spa felt so bad about my experience at Serenity that they gave me a discount on their services. Stay away from Serenity.

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in you are surrounded with soothing sounds, attentive/skilled staff and pleasing aesthetics. The no tipping policy takes away any awkwardness and the VIP membership makes all the services reasonably priced and a must for well being. The owner is very friendly and involved, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. One of my favorite places to be!

Service was okay. Esthetician was nice. She was super meticulous on one arm and half assed it on the other. Management less than desirable. The manager did not listen to what I wanted done and booked me in a tiny time slot, so my girl had to rush. The girl was not at the front desk for a large chunk of time, made me and a few others wait. It seemed nice at first but I probably wont be back.

If you ever want an hour of absolute relaxation, visit Serenity! I have been visiting for several years now. I typically see Martha for facials and she is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I have also seen Chastity for massages and facials, she is wonderful as well. Go visit Serenity as soon as possible, and you can gift services to family and friends too!

I have been going to Serenity for several years and have NEVER had an issue. The people are great, the atmosphere peaceful atmosphere. Like any spa, there are good masseurs and not so good but I have generally had great ones there at Serenity. My last massage received was awesome and took care of the issues that I was having with my neck and shoulders.

This is seriously one of the best spas to exist. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave the team treats you like royalty. The overall environment is so relaxing and refreshing. I can honestly say if youve never been here, you dont know what you are missing. Schedule your first appointment as soon as possible. You wont be sorry!

Tried a facial that left my faces with bright red spots, covered in oil and peeling for a few days. It looked like I had a chemical peel not a facial. Trying to get a refund for a product that was recommended to me and was totally wrong for my skin type. The manager just ignores my calls and emails. Awful customer service, wouldnt come back here again.

Was gifted a couple massage for my wife and I. My first massage and I was apprehensive as I never though it was something that I would do. I do have to admit that the experience was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. My first impression on walking in was how clean and relaxing the environment was. I was very impressed and would recommend their services.

I have always had great experiences when I visit Serenity Health and Wellness Spa . As a man, this was my first time receiving a professional deep tissue sports massage but my Massage Therapist, Monica, was very professional and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. Now I am a regular customer and enjoy having my personal Masseuse.

I always have a positive experience when I go to Serenity. It is very clean, the staff is unbelievably friendly, and my services are top notch. I really enjoy the massages and facials that are tailored to my specific needs. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene. You will feel as though you are in a high-end spa, but at very affordable prices.

Every service that I have received at Serenity has been excellent; be it massage, reflexology, facial, waxing, or hypnotherapy. Every therapist I have used has been excellent. The entire staff is friendly, supportive, & professional. I appreciate all of the services & activities offered, but especially the relaxing atmosphere.
