This place is a joke! I took my sick 11 year old in yesterday with a temperature of 103 & they told me they could not see her because my ID was expired. Mind you, my ID expired Friday & yesterday was Presidents Day & the DMV was closed. They told me that it is policy that they have an ID. I work in Medical Billing & this is not a federal policy. It is actually illegal to turn away a patient that has insurance, especially when that Insurance is Medicaid. I will never bring a member of my family back here. The billing staff obviously does not know what theyre doing & any establishment that is willing to turn away a sick child does not deserve my business. I will also be reporting them to Georgia Medicaid as it is illegal to turn away a Medicaid Patient if youre a facility that is enrolled with Medicaid.

Not professional. Made a yearly check up for my daughter, got the reminder card stating the date and time. The day of the visit, I arrived & they didnt have me in the computer, I showed the card they wrote out and put us in a room for an hour and Doctor apologized for forgetting about us in the room because she didnt see the appointment on the computer. Wait time is atleast 45 minutes even with appointment, with no one in the waiting area nor anyone coming out the rooms! Not to mention they didnt schedule her in for shots that she needs at her age, luckily as a parent I revise the shots chart and I have to be the one on top of them telling them to schedule the appointments!

I had blood work done and was called to go to hospital because I had critical level order was sent to do them stat. I was in the lab within one hour(costing me another 90.00).home by 6:30. The doctors office was open till 10:00pm. It only took 30 minutes to run labs. I sat with the phone till 10:00 no call. I couldnt sleep worrying what could be wrong with me.I started calling at 9am(they open at 8) called 3 times leaving messages couldnt talk to person she just transferred me to machine. They finally tried call me at 12:00.

This place is a joke. First time I went was because I had an allegeric reaction. Physician stated diagnosis was allergic reaction. DUH! I could have diagnosed that. Second visit was told there was no wait. Waited 15 minutes, placed in a room and forgot about me while they talked in the hall. So called physician done entire exam with instrument used to check your ears. Then billed me 200.00. NOT WORTH 200.00

Had an appointment at 830. Got here admittedly 2 minutes late. It is now 915 and Im still in the waiting room. I asked the front desk if she knew how much longer that my appointment time was 40 minutes ago and she said she couldnt tell me how much longer. There was no apology and I have to get to work. Seems having an appointment doesnt mean much of anything here. Very disappointed.

Quick, caring, and professional. I took my daughter here when she was sick and we loved the nurse practitioner Rasheeda. She took the time to listen and answered all my questions and didnt make me feel rushed to get in and out like other places. I left there feeling reassured and like they truly cared! Excellent experience and we will definitely be using this office again!

I broke my leg and they DID not have anything to fix it. No boot, no crutches, no cast, no plaster, not even a wrap. It took them 6 days to give me the x ray results. DO YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR A WEEK TO KNOW WHAT TO DO.WITH YOUR BROKEN BONE ???????? I dont think so.
