I recently went to Hartland Eye Care for a simple repair on my sunglasses. It was done within minutes, which is great but not why I am writing this review. They checked my regular glasses saw the scratches on the lenses and proceeded to check if they were still under warranty. I said I was sure they were not. Wrong, they were, and from there they couldnt have been more helpful. Within 3 days I had new lenses and the staff going out of their way to get them to me before they closed Friday afternoon. I have gone to Dr. Doud for years and think he is the best, but your staff makes an office, and his is exceptional.

My husband has always had a difficult schedule so keeping appointments can be a challange. Hartland Eye Care always does its best to accomodate him. I especially want to thank Lindsey at HEC for her excellent customer service and kindness. She went out of her way to make our hectic schedule do-able. I highly reccomend HEC to all.
