This was my second procedure for injections in my back, the first injections I had done at the surgery center on Miller rd. Which was treated wonderful and was never subject to bad bed side manner from anyone or more importantly in a ton of pain when I was in the procedure and after Im in more pain now and shooting pain the antisciologist actually was down right uncaring all was concerned about is that I couldnt have propofol because Im allergic to it I have had seizures and ended up on a vent and almost died in 2009!! I will never go there again!! Or send anyone i even dislike to there facility!! They have a lot to learn!

Staff very kind and professional. The surgeon Dr George Dass, terrible, lectured my son on the fact the he was doing the surgery for 20 cent on the dollar, told him that he needed to get some, "real insurance." He also said no other facility would touch him, because of his insurance. Told him he needed areal job. He never once explained what he would be doing during the surgery. Worst experience I have ever encountered with a physician. Will be reporting him to the ethics board, Asap!!

My son had to have his adenoids removed and put back in his ear tubes. Dr. Ulrich and his team were so great. From the receptionist Melissa down to the anesthiologist who let my son look at Disney Junior on his cell phone, they were just lovely. All medical staff around there was just great, and the nurses were wonderful in recovery. I apologize I dont remember their names, but everyone was great. As parents, we appreciated every smile, explanation and comfort you gave my husband and I.

I had the best possible experience, under my circumstances. The entire staff: the front desk, the nurses, techs, and Drs. were all so attentive and professionally informative. I was treated with respect and my case was handled quickly. I absolutely cannot thank everyone there, enough. I left with minimal pain and clear aftercare instructions. A+

4 Surgeries here, all have been a rather pleasant experience! Kind and caring staff, proper pain management, and no long waits and Dr. Alghanem is just wonderful! Would highly recommend using this facility for any of your surgical needs.
