These people are awesome!! All of the staff are professional, efficient, and competent! Cant believe the phlebotomist can get into my vein either! Ive been to many other locations and all the other people who tried dig and dig and almost make me pass out! Do yourself a favor and come to this location, even if it is out of your way! Its well worth it!! Great job guys!!!

Both the receptionist and the phlebotomist were very pleasant. I did not have an appointment, and I was still in and out in under 15 minutes. I was also impressed by the phlebotomist because she was able to stick me and draw blood right away. My veins tend to move around, so that generally does not happen.

Older parents stopped in for blood work earlier today. Extremely rude front desk personnel. Very snippy. Perhaps a lesson on customer service would be helpful.
