Always an exceptional experience. The advancements this center has from pharmacy to getting a message to the dr to refilling scripts even the walk in clinic. And being able to set an appt while at home to gwt into the line is just great. I came from a dotor who always left me sitting in the exam room and waiting room for hours before getting a whole 2 minutes with the dr, where you could be the first appt of the day and still k ow you wont be getting out of there until after 4pm or 2 hours after the office closes in some cases and not even getting answera to your quearions on why your not feeling well. Thank you for taking that all away from me and showing me that its not normal to soen 6 hours at a dr office. Thank you very much.

My experience with the nurse practicioner was good but I have had multiple bad experiences with the front office and the rest of the staff. You get into your appt on time but if you have to call them it is a lost cause you can call multiple times and they dont return your call. Then you can call and be on hold for 35 min then hang up and call back and get someone on the first ring. And the staff does not do anything more than they have to such as stay a min past their scheduled time to work. I do not think they communicate well with each other. I would not recommend going there at least to their behavioral health services.

Though the facilities are nice and the location is convinient, dont be fooled by the online check in and projected wait times. The appointments do not mean anything when you end up sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour and then another half hour in a patient room waiting for a doctor.

I am newer to HAP Insurance and was new to this facility. The appointment was very easy to schedule, the staff and Doctor Louise Fleece were very professional and personable, and the facility was very clean and modern, technology included. Needless to say, Im a happy returning patient. :-)
