This is a review for the staff that makes appointments. I cant say anything about the doctors since I have not been here. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment here because I found out Im pregnant. I told them what insurance I have and was told it was accepted. 2 days before my appointment they called me telling me they dont accept my insurance and "the girls" were probably confused when I made my appointment. So now I took the day off work and was thinking I was going to have my 1st 8 week appointment for my baby but nope! Now I have to figure out all over again where to go and miss out on money because I took the day off work. Seems like the receptionists dont know what they are doing.

We really like Dr.McEwen but it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. I had to drive over there twice for refills on medication because the pharmacy can never reach them either, then the prescription cant be re-filled. And, I am always directed to the Grand Blanc office when I am calling the Davison location. Very frustrating. More than annoying.

I am so thankful I was referred to Womens Integrated!! Everyone there is super sweet/friendly and the 2x I have gone, I have not had to wait long at all to be seen. Dr. McEwen is amazing!!!
