Great care and customer service. The entire team was very kind. When I first got there I was prepared and entered through emergency. Parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of open spaces. Security walked me back to the sleep study area. The security officer was kind be made small talk during our walk. He walked me to my room and had me take a seat. The room was all prepared for me even with a fresh glass of ice water on the night stand. The technician came in and was extremely welcoming. I felt like I was a guest in her house. She talked with me as she connected all the wires. She explained each one and what it detected. The entire process was well explained. She was an excellent person for her job. The one thing that patients need to keep in mind is that this is an outpatient test so they are unable to get any of your meds. Take your medications with you. Also, I brought my own pillow. The room has a television as well as a reading lamp for fellow readers. The bathroom is connected with a shower. I live nearby so I washed my hair once I got home. You have a lot of goop on you after the test so make sure you wear comfy pajamas that can take a washing. I just wore my sweats so I wouldnt have to change. I left the next morning around 6 am. Test results do take a while. Several weeks because it is my understanding that it is several hundred pages long to be decifered. Oh, one more thing of note. If you are overweight, the chairs, bed, and even toilet seat are all accessible for larger people. For a test it was a good experience. The staff were beyond good. I could tell that the tech knew what she was doing and yet was very personable. Great job HFHS.

By far one of the worst experience yet. Yes in fact they are clean and quick about getting you seen, but calus, rude and judgemental are the Dr and NP, and on occasion the nurses!!!!! I have been in the henry Ford health system for about 8 years, and it has been a hit and miss. I wonder who is supervising the staff, for they act like God, thinking they can do and say whatever they want to people, not realizing that peoples lives are in their hands at that moment!!!!! To them everyone is an addict, or a liar, until proven otherwise. Hey, guess what, no two people are the same!!!!!!!! And regardless all people deserve respect!! And it would be wise to remember, if people didnt come to your ER, then how would you all make money??? Think of that, the next time you treat people with rudeness and disrespect!!!!

Terrible place. Wrote a blog called Ghost town after visiting this ER. Friend of mine re-broke her arm yet they wouldnt treat her pain until after the X-ray because according to Dr X-ray tech "if its not broken shell just get Tylenol." Really? Didnt know you could give orders as an X-ray technician. Very rude and lazy, sit behind the computers, didnt meet our nurse until she came with a pain shot. Big ol blonde triage nurse is useless, no assessment skills stares at the computer. Wtf happened to the ER? Quit treating everyone like drug addict seekers and use your nursing skills! Go anywhere else but here.

Went with a broken nose and left three hours later with a broken nose and ice packs. It took them three hours to tell me that it was broken. THREE HOURS. An employee at Walmart could have told me that and given me ice packs in 10 minutes. A round of applause to the ER. My advice is DO NOT COME HERE if youre bleeding because theyll probably just let you die.

I do not recommend this henry ford. This henry ford puts wyandotte down big time.Took my wife there and an older male doctor told us they wouldnt transfer her to south shore because its a horrible hospital. What does he think of this place they call a hospital that he works for? I wouldnt take my dog to brownstown henry ford.

From registration to departure, the staff were all very cordial. The wait time was minimal as ERs go. When discussing issue the physician/nurses were very attentive and encourgaed dialogue. Wouldnt hesitate to return for emergent care should the need arise.

While I was here they took great care of me and everyone was very friendly, that was in 2012. Now whenever I go in there for my nieces or nephews some nurses are very rude and inconsiderate.
