I HAD THE WORRST EXPERIENCE, BY FARR, AT THIS CLINIC, THAN I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I was treated extremelyy disrespectful, by a nurse (Alice), who then after, was not repremended by any authority above her, in any way whatsoever. I have NEVER had to make a complaint, anywhere I have ever been, in my entire life. That being said alone, clearly, says alot. Not only did she AVOID the symptoms ( or the badd reactions / side effects ) that I was experiencing from the procedure that was she doing for me, any question I had that i needed answered, she almost alwayyys replyed with, "just, google it". "GOOGLE IT", ..REALLLY!?!? WHAT TYPE OF NURSE, OR EVEN DOCTOR, WOULD TELL YOU TO "GOOGLE IT". I was shocked, not only was i in shock, i was in an excrutiating amout of pain (not only from the side effects, but also from her ERROR in doing the procedure INCORRECTLY!) When I told her my symptoms the week after (from the first procedure) she then, rolled her eyes, shook her head and tols me it HAD to be something else because in all her "years" of working in that field, apparently, she had never even hearddd of these symptoms. So me being a patient, (NOT A DOCTOR) I had no idea what was going on with my body. She then proceded to start with the SECOND installation.. and afterward, SAME EFFECT! I then had another nurse call her over to see what was going on, she then, rolled her eyes again, shook her head and acted as if i was lying!!! While im sitting there, in tears, scared to death, blurred vision, dizzy, nauseous, numbness in arm and toes, shakiness and a constant feeling like I was going to faint, she did NOTHING but stood there starring, rolled eyes abd more shaking of the head. I then had someone help me up to get me to the bathroom and as I was walking out, when I was done in the restroom, she was no longer to be seen! When I called the department manager, the next morning, I was then informed that Nurse Alice not only did she NEVER even write down the symptoms in my file, on how i felt before the procedure, she then wrote (after the second installation) that "patient felt a little dizzy afterwards, checked her out, made sure she was fine, then patient said she felt all better and went home". NOT TRUE! OBVIOUSLY! I am just still SHOCKED, on what had happened while I was there and how it was handled afterward. This woman should NOT be in the field that she is in. I CAN NOT BELIEVE, how everything was handled and will NEVER step one foot in that door again.

Long waits that are not good for pediatric patients.
