Very poor!!!!! Waited 2.5 hours for DOT physical only to have DOT physicians letter improperly completed. This delayed receiving my job required DOT certification and placed my job at risk!!!!! Attempted trips to resolve at another Concentra failed stating "you must go back to the Concentra that screwed up your paperwork". Why would anyone want to go back to a location that cant do thier jobs properly? Whats the purpose of having additional 24 hour Concentra clinics if they cant correct their own internal company mistakes? Very poorly operated company with very outdated procedures & lacking communication amoung locations.

I have personally been here twice. Once for a broken arm and for an abdominal hernia.This. specialized center is top shelf, Grade #1A. If someone was to say they were treated poorly I would 100% know this to be Not True. This location is "The model" of what all medical facilities should strive to be. This is one if not "The only 5 * star review I have ever given.
