Weve followed Dr. Benham thru 2 previous practices to his present location at Cornerstone Animal Clinic. Hes been our sole veterinary provider going on 15 years now. His easy going and open manner, plus the professional knowledge and experience make him the best choice for all your veterinary needs. He and his staff realize that your pets are your fur-babies and treat them with the same care and consideration youd want for yourself and other members of your family. Questions are answered in a manner that is easy to understand without being condescending, and treatment options are discussed with you in advance. Their prices are fair and they wont try and "up-sell" services your pet doesnt require. His staff are always professional, yet show true concern and compassion when you bring in your pets. Wait times are much shorter than youve come to expect at other clinics, and appointments are granted promptly. After-hours emergency services are available too. Should you need to help a friend and companion over the Rainbow Bridge, he and his staff help make this decision easier by allowing you to be with your friend to the end and give you private time to grieve before leaving them in their very capable hands. They offer private cremation services, and other options to help cope with your loss. Other services are being added as they grow the clinic, and grooming and boarding are just the latest additions being made available to their clients. Whether youre pets are small or large, Dr. Benham and his staff are there to take care of you and yours.

Our dog was injured on a Friday after business hours and over a holiday weekend. Our normal veterinarian could not be reached and messages left at the emergency number were never returned. I then called Dr. Benham (whose number I found in the Yellow Pages). He immediately met us at the clinic and performed surgery on our dog. She required an overnight stay, and Dr. Benham made sure to call and let us know how the surgery went, and how Pacer was doing despite the late hour. Needless to say Cornerstone Animal Clinic will have our business from now on. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable staff. I would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable and caring animal clinic.

I brought my two dogs in for a heartworm check. Both are on preventative, but as a precaution Dr. Benham likes to make sure the preventative is working. Stephanie took the kids back for their blood work one at a time, they werent the least bit afraid of her, and both came back sporting little bandages around their legs. Both were negative, as I was certain they would be, and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff is great, and Dr. Benham is always very professional, caring, and takes lots of time to make sure everything possible is done to eliminate the possibility of disease, parasites, infection, etc.

We met Dr. Benham and staff at the local Tractor Supply Store. They have a clinic the first Saturday of each month for vaccinations/ innoculations at a reduced price. I was so impressed with the way they handled the huge volume of pets and owners that show up for this helpful event! We took our cattle dog/blue heeler to the office as she was having a lot of trouble walking. They took an Xray and we found that she has arthritis in a knee. Dr. Benham shared an easy way to help her lose some weight to decrease her pain. You will be happy with the care your pet receives with Dr. Benham and Staff.

I was so happy to find Dr. Benhams new facility outside Brandenburg. (I had been sad to lose him in Brandenburg). His handling of neutering my two male cats was gentle and confident, with clear instructions of after-care. I appreciate the way Dr. Benham patiently and thoroughly shares information when I consult with him about the kitties. I like being able to conveniently buy flea & pest treatment from them, too, with courteous & friendly staff, .

Do it for the Sesh

Best vet ever. He has been or family vet my whole life. My family dog was shot point blank by a neighbor who suffered from mental illness and Dr. Benham brought in another dog that gave a blood transfusion that saved my dogs life. She went on to live a full and happy life thanks to Dr. Benham. Years later when it came time to say goodbye to her we could not have asked for a more caring and loving sendoff.

LOVE, love love this Vet they are wonderful and helpful .... We moved from Louisiana to Fort Knox, Ky and it was just too much for Buttons my 3 year old Yorkie who developed diarrhea and vomiting I called Cornerstone at 6pm friday night and they got us in at 8am saturday .... everyone was so sweet and nice to not only Buttons but me also.. this will be her vet from now on..... <3

Dr. Benham and the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond when it comes to saving the lives of pets. I recently had to have a c-section on one of my Scottish Terriers who couldnt give birth because of a huge litter. They worked tirelessly to save the puppies and my mama. I am happy to report 5 healthy puppies and a mama who is doing great!

Have known Dr. Benham since we moved here in 2003. He helped us get through the lose of our dog Spencer and cat Tweety. Heard he left Brandenburg and opened an office in Irvington....we visited him there and then we lost contact. Sooooo glad he is back in the area, the most patient, considerate and honest vet ever....another Dr. Pol but local. :)

We get Crimsons shots taken care of at Tractors Supply in Corydon, Indiana. The staff with Cornerstone Animal Clinic is so nice and helpful. They even answered a question for us about our dogs eye which had been scratched. Their diagnoses save Crimsons eye. Thanks Cornerstone and look forward to seeing you next Oct.

Dr. Hobbs is a great vet. Dr. Benham is a great vet. I am so surprised to find the 2 vets I have seen here are BOTH thorough and caring. I will not go any other place for my furkids care. The only negative is how expensive they are.
