We recently moved from Fishers to the Carmel area. Having been satisfied clients of the Fishers Veterinary Hospital for many years, it was a priority for us to find a new house close enough to the Carmel Veterinary Clinic (part of the FVH family) to continue working with the same wonderful doctors and staff who have always taken great care of our cats. All the doctors, technicians and staff are really passionate about animals and treat our pets like their own. We cant say enough about their care and concern for us and the excellent quality of care all of our cats have received over the years. Dr. Collins has always gone above and beyond the call to help us find the best treatments for our cats. Dr. Lee practices Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, which has given our cats more quality in their lives and more time with us. We have lost three cats over the years and the staff was so kind and compassionate with us. We highly recommend Carmel Vet Clinic!

Our pets have gone to Fishers Vet Hospital for about 20 years. All the doctors including ones who have left or were interns for awhile have been kind and caring. Our pets live long, happy lives mostly due to the medical care and counseling we receive from our Veterinarians. I use the plural because we have seen them all and been to 3 locations. They may have various approaches but always work together and with our famly to use the best treatment plans. And when it is time to say goodbye to our beloved pets, we are always supported. When we had to say goodbye to our precious Golden mix, Joe, several years ago, Doc Brown came out to talk to our other dog Elvis. He assured Elvis that Joe was in a good place and not hurting. This action has touched many folks due to us recounting the story many times. Fishers Veterinarians and techs are the best at all their locations. Paws down!

My regular vet, Dr. Brown, is fantastic! He always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and always offers me multiple treatment options when needed, and even tells me when he thinks certain tests or procedures are not totally necessary, keeping my budget in mind. Dr. Brown was unavailable this time for our semiannual visit, so we saw Dr. Todd Cloud. I had the very last appointment on a Friday afternoon and I even ran a little late. However Dr. Cloud still took the time to do the same as Dr. Brown and explain all of the options to me and never once made me feel rushed, even though I was the last appointment before the weekend. The vet techs and other staff were very kind and patient as well! Ive been so impressed with all of the staff at all 3 locations every time Ive gone over the last 5 or so years!

At the clinic, Dr. Lee has expertise with acupuncture. My dog Bella (7rys old) a lab/retriever mix was diagnosed by a neurosurgeon to have a herniated disc in her lower back which was confirmed by MRI. I had only been with Dr. Lee for a few months and she asked me to give acupuncture a try before consenting to surgery. My sweet Bella who was hardly able to walk and was dragging her back leg in November 2015 is now playing and pain free after 5 treatments. Her recovery was and still is miraculous. This veterinary clinic has an amazing staff who will love your pets as their own and show it. A call out to Jessie who is a technician there and who can trim my other dogs nails (which are black) and is always smiling and offering to be of assistance . I wish there were more stars I could give!

My first visit to this vet clinic was a very pleasant surprise. After years of trying to find a vet clinic that is treating both pets and owners with respect and consideration, I think I have found one! My dog had an upset stomach over the Christmas holiday. The vet listened and did a thorough physical exam without first jumping right into expensive testing. I appreciate this approach when my pet needs vet care but not intensive care. In the past I have run into clinics that go right to blood draws and x-rays when diagnosing any ailment. I realize that these are sometimes necessary, but not every time. My dog recovered nicely with some simple medications that helped her through her acute problem and for less than $100. Thank-you Carmel Vet Clinic.

I visited this office in the interest of trying a new vet, primarily due to its convenient location, and frustrations with my old vets office. I really cant say enough good things. Front office was very friendly and efficient and the doctor was awesome. Just very practical advice. Not trying to up-sell unneeded services, just great counsel on how to deal with an aging pet. They even recommended an app for getting their prescriptions for less, which was a pleasant surprise. I look forward to working with this office in the future. Have already recommended them to friends. I believe its locally owned, and does not have the corporate feel that many of the vets are starting to have these days. Stay small - it works!

I dont know how to say how grateful I am to Dr. Lee for all her help and compassion that she has always given me. Even if I had a pet in bad shape at another Vet. with a problem she would always help with ideas even without seeing my pet. She would consult with me about the problems so I could talk with the other Vet. with her ideas. Dr. Lee is probably the Best Vet. I have used in 15+ yes. She is never in a hurry when doing and exam and always has time to talk and will always get back with me when I call and leave a message. Thank you so much Dr. Lee you are the BEST

Weve been bringing our dogs to Carmel Veterinary Clinic since we first moved here in 1999. Our pets have always been treated with the best care. One of our pets was diagnosed and treated with what would have been a deadly ailment without the proper diagnosis. Her life was prolonged for an additional 5 years and she passed at the ripe old age of 15-1/2 years. We are so thankful for these years and our vet who wouldnt give up until she determined the cause of our sweet dogs illness. I highly recommend Carmel Veterinary Clinic!

My experience at Carmel Veterinary Clinic is primarily with Dr. Lee. We absolutely adore her. We saw her initially when our 5 pound maltipoo puppy was bitten by a larger dog and sustained several broken bones and puncture wounds. She has cared for him ever since, and he is now an old dog with congestive heart failure. He is doing fabulous under her care. She monitors his medication and treatment very carefully, and he is energetic and full of life. We cant imagine anyone else treating Rupert after all these years!

Great groomers here! Took my senior schnauzer in because she became too frail for me to even try grooming her at home. They took great care of her and told me how she did. Really nice that you can drop your dog off in the morning and select a time you want to come back and pick them up. Also, all the vets are great here. Dr. Brown is very realistic and always offers multiple suggestions in the care for your pets which is nice to know the options.
