The desk staff is nice but most of the doctors here seem to have no clue. Youll be lucky and hard pressed to ever see the same vet twice and they hardly listen to your concerns. I knew my puppy was feeling sick because of the way he was acting, they just kept blowing me off until I baiscly forced them to do a test (them making me do all the most expensive ones first that didnt clarify anything) then just guessed at his medication. They ran him on so many different antibiotics that by the time I gave up and took him to blue pearl to see a real vet it was too late for the ones he needed to work and he passed away because of it. I would not recommend this Banfield at all!! When other Banfields even comment on how poorly they entered their information it just isnt worth it. Save your time, your money and your pet!

My shih Tzu Presious is her name. She gets so happy when we come here. The Veterinarian very helpful and staff. She had all her shots and surgeries here. The stuff is very excellent with questions. And willing take my sweet puppy even if I dont have an appointment if she needs help.we are happy get pet care here and pay a small premium each month. And my Presious always gets a treat after her visit. Doggy biscuit or some kind treat. Thats great because she gets try something before that if she loves them we buy them. And we love Pet smart store the vets in same building. And Presious alwYs gets some nice toys and her dog kibble and treats too. We just enjoy the Banfield. Thank you for caring for my puppy. She means the world to me and they treat her like that too.

I will never visit banfield again. I brought my cat (in which was displaying alarming symptoms) to this facility on a free new pet exam/consultation visit; and felt very rushed through the appointment when the vet was actually in the room. By the time I left the appointment and not actually spending any money, I was told my kitty would be called a healthy cat except for being a little underweight. I then took him to a different vet 2 days later- his temperature was different from what they had, he had a fever, and later we discovered he has possible FIP. I know I didnt spend any money, but that shouldnt mean that less time should be spent examining my animal. The doctor also made it seem like I wasnt feeding my cat and thats why he was underweight.

The second pet I brought in, big mistake. My cats eye is swollen. Something is seriously wrong with it. I brought him in, spent over $40 on $16 antibiotics for his eye. I followed the vets directions to the letter. His eye only became worse. Forcing me to find another vet. This may not seem like much, but I havent even gone into the first pet I brought in. That was a travesty. I had hoped that after over a year they might be different. But you have to keep in mind that theyre a clinic inside a Petsmart franchise.

We have two dogs, have had our Jasper on their wellness plan since he was 8 weeks old, and Vega just recently started at 8 months since we brought her home from foster care. I LOVE the staff, I LOVE the vet. They are so sweet and so gentle with our pets. I love the fact that the plans they have dont charge us an arm and a leg to always make sure our fur babies are healthy. I would HIGHLY recommend this to a friend. Weve saved so much money and have two very healthy pups.
