The first time I ever visited this office, the staff wasnt very friendly. I stood at the desk for several minutes before I was helped and then told to have a seat. The doctor was much more friendly. I ended up needing glasses for the first time. The woman who helped me pick them was friendly and somewhat helpful. However, I got the glasses, and they absolutely were the wrong lenses - could not see at all. So I called the office to see what I could do and the woman proceeded to tell me "Well, sorry, youre insurance only allows you once a year so you can come back next March and get new ones." Wow. YOU gave me the wrong glasses, would not fix them for me, AND on top of that was very rude. Not great service if you ask me. Will not be visiting their office again.

Our 15 year old daughter lost vision in her left eye just over a week ago. After the ER Dr. suggested she needed immediate care we called Dr Kowalsky at 7pm on a Friday night. He met us at the office and examined her immediately. When it was determined she needed a retinal specialist he found one for us and by the time we left his office we had an appointment with the specialist for Saturday at 10am. I dont know of a single health care provider who provides this type of service other than Dr Kowalsky. The level of service that day and his continuing follow up calls are so appreciated as we continue to try to solve the mystery that has taken our daughters sight.

Dr. Kowalsky is great! I had previously went to a clinic for what they told me was pink eye. When it came back a week later I knew something more was wrong. Being 15 weeks pregnant I wanted the advice of a professional, and he and his staff are exactly that! Dr. Kowalsky even took the time out after diagnosing my condition to call my OB to verify the medication he was prescribing. To go above and beyond was something that I was not expecting at the time, but it meant so much to me that he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be going back after the baby comes to have my vision checked!

This practice has questionable business ethics. I was informed upon contacting them, that they would accept my health insurance. They subsequently did not and charged me a deductable, that was not a part of my insurance plan. They then informed me after services were rendered they did not accept my insurance and proceeded to demand full payment. Very disappointing experience.

Ok..... Seems like the other reviewer had a bad day. I had a great experience. The staff is knowledgable and funny and go out of their way to be helpful. They are polite and friendly. Scheduling was no problem at all nor was the wait. The doctor is caring and is not out to take you for a ride. Nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Kowalski identified s problem with my lenses that had gone undetected previously . The treatment not only resulted in healing but now I do not have to wear glasses for distance. At age 72! Wonderful Doctor, excellent staff. I highly recommend this practice

Doctor Kowalsky is knowledgeable, competent, and expert in the state of art exam equipment. He is effective in accurately analyzing any eye problems you may have. The Staff are welcoming, friendly, and congenial, making any visit pleasant from start to finish.
