Towne Center Dental is AWESOME!!! I have never walked into a dental office and been able to say with total honesty that I just LOVE the front office staff. Amy is the most caring, supportive person, along with, and I wish I could remember her name, but the sweet lady that sits next to Amy! The dentist, Dr. Young is patient and kind. I had oral surgery 8 months ago and had to get dentures. During the last 8 months, Elyse helped me through every sore spot, every tear, every laugh, and, if it werent for her, Im not sure how I would have continued the process. She is so awesome and knows her dentistry. Thank you to all of you Towne Center Dental on Power and Ray Rd. Youre the best!

I am a snowbird and during my January stay I required a tooth to be pulled. I chose Towne Center Dental from Humanas list of providers. My out-of-pocket portion was $96.50. I It was recommended that I consider having a bridge and the total cost to me for the extraction and bridge was presented - indicating it would be the total after my insurance paid their portion. Long story short, they had never submitted the pre-determination for treatment benefits, and I ended up paying $814 over and above their initial total presented to me. I have never been to a dentist who had not requested and been given a pre-determination of benefits prior to treatment. Just a FYI

I have been going here for years. Dr. Young and his staff are amazing. Shattered a tooth over a holiday weekend, Dr. met me at the office on a Sunday to fix it. Broke a crown (completely my fault) they fixed it for free. They always discuss my treatment options and there is never any pressure. They finance treatments and let me do things at my pace. I couldnt be more happy with these guys. I have referred several people and they have all continued to use this office.

Poor service...poor quality products...crown became unseated and they charged me for it and they did the initial work! Office personal where rude when asked about charges. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

This office wasnt entirely bad or entirely good, mediocre would be the word to use. I had some service and quality issues with them. I just wouldnt recommend it.

Our family of 7 use this place. they are just a great bunch! Easy to get an appointment, no wait time and make our kids less anxious about dental work.
