This practice has piss-poor service. My wife was seen by Jessica Barrientos (PA) for a knee injury, she was referred to an imaging center for a MRI, the following week my wife tried numerous times to get ahold of anyone at MedFirst Primary Care to get the MRI results. She left numerous messages for a callback which were never returned. After 3 days of calling my wife received a call from a physical therapy practice trying to schedule an appointment. Apparently Jessica Barrientos / MedFirsts referral management team think its ok to put in referrals without talking to the patient about their diagnosis and prognosis! On day 4 of calling MedFirst, we were "lucky" enough to get a call back from a nurse who gave no further insight regarding the situation, to add insult to injury, it was obvious the nurse had her mouth full of food during the conversation which made it difficult to understand her. So we are forced to go to physical therapy without understanding the knee pain diagnosis and prognosis. We will never go back to this practice, Ive seen fast food joints better managed.

My family recently relocated to this part of town and this doctors office was conveniently located within two miles from my home. I called two times leaving messages asking if they are accepting new patients....never received a response. ..based on this first impression regarding customer service I found another office that was more than happy to take my family in...its been over a month and still havent heard from anyone....

Dr King has been following my diabetes for 6years and has been able to keep it under control like no other Dr. He is so awsome. Even know he is very busy he will spend all the time needed to listen and explaining every detail to you.. i will see Dr King as long as I possibly can..

Convenient but the place looks a little dingy, looks like an old office thats been moved into without renovations. The first visit was fine, doctor took care of me. Second visit and they refused to help, said we had to call our insurance provider to verify that they would pay.

Dr. King gives a thorough exam and explains things well. He is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest medical research. Also - the facility is very nice. I think they may have remodeled since the negative review a few years back.

Office staff is rude, makes multiple mistakes on your account and does not correct after several requests to do so. Policies are inconsistent. Requests to speak to supervisors or contact info for coporate was denied multiple times.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. King for about 5 years now. Dr. King is great, as well as Erica Ormeno and their staff. Very knowledgeable, clean office-really glad we found them!
