Staff refused to book a same sick visit for my son who is having issues with his asthma. (We are an established patient too) because they want a copy of physical insurance card, when all that is need is the ID number which can be verified by Availity or picking up a phone and calling the insurance. I was able to show them the digital card on my smartphone like many people do and accept but not this office. So we will never be returning to this office who turns away sick patients over a physical insurance card, when I have the digital one available. And I had actually thought this was going to be our forever specialist. Thanks a lot.

Dr. Patel is our absolute favorite doctor!! We have a special needs child who requires constant treatment changes. Dr. Patel has been extremely helpful in coordinating my childs care. We are very grateful to have such a caring doctor on our team. We owe so many thanks to Dr. Patel. He gave our son a great chance at a great life. His knowledge and understanding of our special needs child is beyond words. He is always very helpful and works tirelessly to help his patients. Best doctor ever!!!!!!!!!!!

They just took my money, make us wait 5 hours until he just appears to disappear after minutes and ask his helper give us some copies (just trash) and send a order for sleep test for my 3 yr old baby, gess what they never send the order. I paid $325 for nothing, my appointment was at 9:15 am we arrived at 8:35 am and come out at 1:20 pm and he just give some copies, I do not understand how he call himself doctor... of what?? they just stolen my money.

Doctor is fantastic but the staff is awful. I asked for my medical records several times and my new doctor never got them. The medical records lady at Patels office gave A Lot of attitude. The staff is 100% the reason I decided to switch doctors.

Dr. Patel is amazing! Hes seen two of my children. The youngest was just a few weeks old when we started seeing him. He actually is invested in his patients. I recommend him whenever I can!

Dr Patel is a wonderful Dr! He had helped my kid be able to play and run like all others. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. The staff was wonderful as well.
