Horrible place for veterans to receive treatment. I am in the process of losing my health benefits because the staff is not trained to handle veteran affairs. I simply needed and MRI and it took a year to get a request sent up to the va. Was it any fault of mine? No. The dip$hit who sends up the request didnt know what she was doing. It took for me to get the va and dip$hit on the phone simultaneously for her to understand what was going on. How can you send a request up with no codes. Later I called dip$hit to ask where do I go from here and she informed me that she would need my medical records to send it up. Wrong again, got back on the phone with her and the va and found out again that Dr. Miwa has no regards in training his staff to deal with veterans. I finally got an appointment with the va and will never deal with these incompetent lowlives at this doctors office. I also had to give urine samples more than I did in the military. Its probably because Im a young African American who fought for his country and came home with serious injuries and since I am black Dr. Miwa probably thinks Im selling the five pills I get prescribed. I will be filing a lawsuit if or when I lose my health benefits; I wouldnt wish this on anybody but I can truly thank Dr. Miwa and dip$hit.

Me giving Doctor Miwa even one star ⭐️ is giving way too much. I have spent too many days in his office for blood work being lost. Too many phone calls about prescriptions that were not called in. Too many office visits for one explanation or another. Too much lost paper work from lab, specialist results, or specialist requests. Him telling me it will be one way and it turning out to be another. I have heard dang too many times. And its always some other doctors offices fault. Or even the pharmacy. I have heard to much blame on Medicare why something cant be done. I am not the doctor I am the patient. And I have lost mine. I will be glad to be moving on to another physician that will treat me like I am the patient!!!

Dr. Edward Miwa is my primary provider so far he has been a good doctor to me as long as I get all my medical services and all my medications I am good.! Just dont like to go several times to his office in one month.! So just keep on doing what ur. doing, taking care of ur patients and all will be good, so thanx Dr.Miwa Happy Holidays to you and ur staff ( Nurses) your patient Arlene Maciel Loredo bye!
