My daughter had an appointment at clinic D at the University Clinic on 36th street. We have always come to this clinic & have never encountered a problem with any of the staff. As far as I am concerned all the staff at this clinc are very professional & very polite. Today however was a different encounter. The lady at the check in desk in clinic D is obviously not a people person. I would hate to be sick & come in to the clinic & have to deal with her. I had a question for her & I stood in line. Without even finding out what I needed she told me sign in & have a seat. I didnt have an appointment. My daughter did. I asked her if I could be let in to go with my daughter. She told me to have a seat & when another employee came by they would let me in. I guess she couldnt get up & let me in herself. Then when they did let me in another lady asked me what I needed & I told her I was looking for my daughter. She then told me I had to know which room my daughter was in or I couldnt be let in to bother the other patients. Now while I do understand this, the only one bothering the other patients might have been her & her megaphone voice. The only person I encountered with any type of kindness & professionalism was a medical assistant by the name of Eva. Thank God Eva is courteous & kind. Im glad her coworkers attitude has not rubbed off on her. Three cheers for Eva!!!

This clinic has the worst people skills. Out of about 4 visits: one nurse made no communication with my eight year old daughter when she was asking her questions, talks down to me in a slow "non-educated" manner when I ask a question about scheduling services, gets answered in one answer tones and no responses to my "thank yous" and on this last and final visit was asked "...and YOURE his mother?" because I didnt know if my son had received a particular shot three years ago or how many physicals he has had in his lifetime? Sorry, but I had taken enough of this clinic and their nurses and receptionists bad hair day attitudes. Please do not give them any of your business, they do not deserve it.

I had an appointment at 10:45 and I got here at 10:40, the lady at the front dest said I was late and pushed my appointment to 12:30!! And to top everything off when I finnaly did go to a room, the doctor came in 40 min later just to prescribe me Nyquil... Apparently this has been happening to most people. I would not recomend this clinic unless you arent doing anything for the rest of your day.

My mom uses this clinic I have taken her there several times everytime they take sooo long to see her. Today her apt was at 8:30 so at 9:28 I asked what the delay was they had not even called her for vitals. We always spend 3 hrs here for a simple Dr visit. Girls are always talking about what they are ordering for lunch and just laughing. Poor treatment to these poor elder.

I scheduled an appointment for 10am; I arrived at 9:50am and was check-in by friendly staff immediately. I got checked for a cold or sore throat, and by 11:20am I was out. Very nice clinic with a lot of windows in the waiting rooms.
