Probably the very best Pediatrician in the City. Extremely nice, amazing bed side manner, my son loves him, and listens to the Parents. It pains me to write this, but when he got out of the management of the practice they lost their way. Trying to deal with anyone other than Dr. Trevino to get anything done for our son has become an unbearable struggle. "MR" Dickson as he likes to be called along with their system in general is terribly flawed. We stuck it out because we loved Dr. Trevino, but having to wait on the phone for an eternity to talk to a human that then transfers you back to an automated line over and over is the straw that broke the camels back. Ive spoke to Daniel Trevino personally about this a couple of times in the last few years, but it has not improved in the least. We really tried to stick it out, but I just cant be treated this poorly anymore. Customer service, no matter what you do for a living, should be paramount. Shame on me for trying to stick it out. I hope you change, but I think it would take a complete overhaul. Dr. Trevino...I would call you if I could get through, but I cant, so please call me if you want to talk about it....but for now I cant handle being treated this way any longer.

When I moved to San Antonio 6 years ago I started to look for a doctor for my children. Fortunately I picked Dr. Trevino from a list of bunch sent by my insurance. I was lucky, he is the kind of Dr. you wants for your kids, highly knowledge, explain in details every problem your kids might have and spend whatever time needed in your consultation. At this point is when you sometimes have to wait a little longer in your visits, since he takes very seriously every case and never rush. He is super fun with kids doing magic tricks so actually my children enjoy when they have to go see Dr Trevino. He is always extremely happy and nice without mattering how much pressure and stress you see there at the office. I really highly recommend Dr. Trevino without hesitation. Great and excellent Doctor. The staff at the office is very nice and polite too. I visit the office at Stone Oak area.

Dr Trevino is an awesome doctor! I cant even imagine him retiring...may tear up! I trust him with both of my kids care 150%! Office and nurses are nice and professional. I always feel like everyone is working hard to do their best and thats great for us!
