Ive been seeing Dr. Lyon for over 10 years. Having owned my own business, and managed others, I know how hard it is to keep good employees. It says so much about Dr. Lyon, that her staff has been with her for as long as Ive been a patient, if not longer...and they are awesome! Heather, Sunshine, and Debbie are favorites. Dr. Lyon has worked with me, my kids, spouse, and my mother. Kristin the business manager has been nothing but accommodating and patient with our family, and I cant express how grateful I am to have found human beings in this office, who treat their patients like human beings. Dr. Lyons bedside manner is outstanding. She shares openly, and never forgets the last conversation we had...to pick up right where we left off. Last rant: I moved to Round Rock three years ago, and still drive my kids and myself ALL THE WAY to south Austin to continue to see Dr. Lyon. Considering Austin traffic, if that doesnt convince you to try Dr. Lyon, I dont know what will!

Eighteen years ago I had an uncontrollable fear of dentists, dentists offices, and anyone who wanted to stick something in my mouth. I went to see a dentist ONLY for emergencies. Well, I had an emergency. My oral infrastructure was in revolt. With patience, good humor, and a little help from medication, Dr. Lyon and her crew helped me overcome my fear, and did the necessary repairs. In less than ten years we went from my needing a drug just to have my teeth cleaned to todays replacing a filling without any help from mind-altering substances. They were gentle with me! For the last eight years I go to see Dr. Lyon without any fear or mind-altering medication. Dr. Lyon seems only to hire people as cheerful as she is. If they can get a nut-case like me to pay attention to oral hygiene and cheerfully make appointments to have my teeth cleaned, they are the right team for anyone with teeth! Ill bet theyre even nice to people without any teeth.

I just started going to Anne Lyon, DDS this past January. I needed a new dentist that was close in proximity to where I live and work. In my area there are several dental practices so I did my research and decided to give her practice a try. I could tell by the look and feel of her website that she has more of a modern approach compared to her fellow dental practitioners in the area. For my first initial visit everything went better than expected. The staff is very friendly and Anne Lyon gave me a brief tour of her facility. My dental hygienist was friendly and still greets me on my recent visits to their office. The website was not the only thing that was modern. I like their booking system that sends text messages and emails as appointment reminders. Their equipment also seems pretty modern and everything seems to go a bit faster because of it. I look forward to my developing my relationship with this practice. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Lyon is fantastic and has a great staff. I had been having some dental issues for a while, that my last dentist somehow overlooked, and Dr. Lyon was an absolute pleasure to work with. She discovered a few cavities, which I had never had before and Im 26, so I was terrified of having them filled. Im very sensitive to slight pain and had a lot of anxiety, but her staff was very reassuring and gentle and made my entire experience pain free. The little things her staff did for me during the procedure meant so much, they really wanted me to feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend her. She is one of the best.

I took a bad fall a month ago and broke my three front teeth. They looked ghastly. Austin Tooth Fairy repaired my teeth beautifully and with minimal discomfort in just three visits: First, an exam to be certain my teeth could be saved and a thorough explanation of the plan; second, providing a temporary bridge while the porcelain veneers were being made; and third, affixing the permanent veneers, which beautifully match my original tooth color and shape. Everyone in the practice is courteous, positive and professional. Moved to Austin last year and I dreaded finding a new dentist. This practice is a gem.

Im 28 and I started seeing Dr. Lyon in 2nd grade. I chipped two teeth down to the nerve, it was extremely painful and my old dentist made the trauma worse by yelling at me when I had a hard time holding still, due to the pain. I credit Dr. Lyon for me NOT being afraid of the dentist. A fear many people have and, looking back, Id expect myself to have after that terrible experience at a different dentist. She, and all of the staff there, are personable and make the whole experience easy. Theyre great at their jobs and fun to talk to. I liked them as a kid and I still like them today as an adult.

I always love coming here! They know your name when you step in the door, never keep you waiting and are the friendliest staff Ive ever had at a dentist!! I also love that I can get any services done that I need without having to outsource to another clinic, such as my wisdom tooth extraction! Highly recommend! They were also wonderful with my 2 year old when he came in for a "happy visit" and he is thrilled to come in again!

Dr. Yoon was quite gracious and offered immediate solutions to mitigate a rather nasty tooth infection. No words or write up could best described our great experiences. As always, the entire team from the front desk, to the dental assistants/hygenists, to Dr. Lyon are just so fabulous. They are warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. This is a well-operated dental practice in every aspect. I work in the medical field and this is what every medical practice should try to emulate. Very efficient, but not rushed. I had to find a new dentist & this place is amazing! Everybody is so friendly and inviting. I am extremely impressed with all of the high-tech machines that they have at their disposal. I trust them and feel like my teeth are in the best possible care. They even called me a few days after my dental visit to check up on me... it was very sweet! I have been seeing Dr. Ann Lyon for many years. I have regular cleanings, have had Invisalign bite correction, cosmetic porcelain veners and have had my teeth both bleached and laser-whitened. Dr. Lyons practice is top-notch, and it almost makes you "want" to go to the dentist. Her team is professional and caring, patient and understanding. I would recommend Dr. Lyon for anyone without a "dental home".
