It was a different experience than what Im used to. Being a first time patient there I thought it would be a long visit its wasnt. I first sat in the waiting room for longer than expected, my appointment was at noon and I wasnt taken back till almost 1. The staff was nice and I got a complete x ray of my mouth. I was then taken back to an exam room where I was told I wasnt even getting a cleaning today, they werent doing anything to my teeth at all. When the dentist came in she explained some other things that needed done then told me to wait in the room for the office manager. She came in and walked me out to check out where she processed to tell me how much my procedures would be. She was kind of pushy as to when I would schedule my next appointment to get the stuff done. I said I had to talk to my husband about it, and left. So I wasted almost 2 hours of my day for them to do nothing to my teeth and try and get me to make an appointment and pay for these big dental procedures. I think Im going to get a second opinion before booking anything with them.

I went for a routine cleaning. Apparently when you are a new patient you must get a panoramic x-ray and additional individual x-rays of you entire mouth. Wait for dentist to look at films, into your mouth and present plan of care. I want my teeth cleaned. After two hours I walked out with my teeth cleaned. Take your coupons and read them carefully. I would not go back there.

I found my first visit to be non stressful and majority of staff were friendly. The process of x-rays to cleaning was all explained, all in a timely manner, patient oriented. I will be going back and will refer others to give them a chance to make you smie

I was very impressed with my visit to the Lebanon facility.Every one was very professional and friendly. Leah sat down with me and explained everything in great detail.She was a great help.I will highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

Everyone was very nice and staff was concerned with what they could help you with! Brandy, Leah and Jess were great! Had a very good experience at this facility. Dentist and hygienist were very nice as well and helpful.

Office staff is nice. The doctor is nice as well. We had a lady doctor. Its kind of annoying they dont do any work (like cleaning) on the first day. Only X-rays. Other than that its an ice place, I would recommend.
