I spent years tending to my dental problems based on unbearable pain...due to the high cost involved. Also most dentist often forget that we dont all have a secret stash of money to take take of dental expenses. I often had to choose only to go to dentist to address tooth pain that was beyond my personal tolerance. I took once last chance on my teeth at Dr.Greenbergs office. The dentist I met with was named Dr. Paul. I had already lost many teeth to decay. The teeth left were quite unattractive and needed lots of work to have them restored. I was not optimistic about solutio s I might be offered because I have met with several dentists over the years and each dentist offered me only solutions that were beyond my reach financially. Dr. Paul examed my teeth. He asked me what was going on that my teeth were in disrepair. I have to note here...that his wordi G was so kind and caring that it actually made me emotional because he seemed to truly care. I told him why and he surprised me with his reply.. He told me that there was a solution that could give me back a healthier mouth, but also a beautiful smile. I could not believe it. I hugged him upon leaving thst day. Noone had ever offered me a solution the my teeth. My smile had affected my confidence, and perception from others,for over a decade.The cost was manageable and super reasonable. In no time, I had put together the money and then proceeded to proper dental care....which was long overdue. Dr. Paul was professional and his follow up was attentive and thorough. The very first time I saw myself in a mirror....I broke down into tears. The transformation and change in how I feel about myself,is not only outward but internal for me. No longer do I have to try not to smile because I was em embarrassed og my smile. Other than the recovery, I no longer have ongoing pain. I have not worn lipstick in years. In fact, I had not worn make up in years because I always wanted to extract from attention to the condition of my teeth. Today, I purchased and now, wear lipstick, for the first time in over 10 years. I even put on mascara. The biggest changes are how I feel about myself, my confidence has returned and the fact that I actually smile.... all the time now! Dr. Paul saved me from a life of feeling ugly, not "good enough" and erradicated any concerns about my teeth and the negative affect they create in regard to how I am perceived by others. I feel hopeful about the future now! I am happier that I have been in far too long! Dr. Paul helped me, beyond measure, by giving me choices that were possible vs impossible. They suited my life circumstances. He met me (figuratively) right where I was and offered me solutions that I could actually agree to financially. The repair work Dr. Paul completed on me was akin to lighting the spark we all have inside of us. I had tucked my spark deep down inside. It was kinda dead, in many ways.... it certainly had been dormant far too long. Dr. Paul gave me my life back and I am forever grateful to him beyond what can be imagined. Went there as a new patient as the insurance I have is not accepted at my family dentist. I went there for scaling and X-Ray. Before I even got called after waiting there for 25 Minute past my appointment, a family came in and said they had an emergency appointment at 12pm. The receptionists started arguing with the family by saying that it was for 12:30. The family played the message on voicemail outloud and it said 12pm. I asked the receptionists if they can go ahead and switch my time so this family with an emergency can go in my place and they said No. Dr. Greenberg came in and numbed my mouth with 4 Injections of Local Anesthesia for 1/2 of my mouth. My family dentist normally uses 2 Injections for my whole mouth. I noticed I had a foul taste in my mouth about 5-10 minutes into the cleaning. I thought it was nothing big until the cleaning was over with. When I got home, I felt absolutely sick. I noticed inside my mouth that the local anesthesia was leaking out of my mouth which was creating that foul taste. My temperature spiked to over 101 within 30 Minutes, I had vomiting and a horrible headache. I had to cool my body down which eventually brought my temperature down to normal yet I still had vomiting of yellow bile, which burned my throat. After 14 Hours past my appointment everything stopped except the burning of my throat. That took at least 1 1/2 Days to clear up and my throat to no longer hurt. I called Dr. Greenbergs office on Friday Afternoon and said of my experience and they said "You probably had an allergic reaction, something you didnt document on your New Patient Form so you shouldnt hold us liable for any complications." I said in return "Ive been to the dentist plenty of times and they all used local anesthesia and Ive had No Complications of an Allergic Reaction." They said "I dont know what to tell you." I said, "Dr. Greenberg used 4 injections on 1/2 of my mouth, more than what he suppose to use which caused it to leak out of my mouth during the cleaning." If youre a Current Patient, you can consider him a great dentist due to the relationship but if youre a New Patient, be cautious !

I had a Horrible experience at another dentists office that landed me in the ER. Before I was introduced to Dr. Ned Greenberg. I literally didnt go back to the dentist for about 5 years I was so afraid. Dr. Greenberg is so gentle and really made me feel comfortable. Hes on Middle River but worth the drive. I wont go anywhere elses at all! Than you!

I saw Dr. Paul at this office and he was very good. I had a deep filling which required a pin and he made sure I was comfortable. It took a long time but he did an excellent job and it looks really good.I would recommend Dr. Paul. The office staff could be a bit more friendly but all in all the dentist are top notch.

The nurses are rude. & Doctors dont like to chat. Dr Greenberg himself is very nice though. But mostly the nurses are VERY snobby & rude. Definitely dont go if you dont like judgment looks, & Disrespectful treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Greenberg for years now and he is a great dentist. He has a great personality and really makes you feel comfortable. His office staff is fantastic and I would highly recommend him.

I Love Dr. Paul He is So Good. I Had A Root Canal Done, Regardless Of The Price, I Didnt Feel A Thing. Cant Wait To Get My Crown Done. Staff is Ok. I would recommend This Place, But See Dr Paul

Long wait time. Robotic and fake. No customer service. Uses Deceptive means in getting more money outta you.
