Currently sitting in the lobby of this place. I have been here 30 minutes and only managed to sign in. I havent talked to anyone yet. Its like they are helping one person at a time. Unprofessional staff as well. A patient called in and asked if they could come in 5 minutes after their initial appointment. They were placed on hold and the staff made comments about how they should be told to make a new appointment even though they were 5 minutes away and joked that they shouldnt see this patient. Worst experience just sitting here.

Due to no fault of my own, when switching health insurance to Melina, I was unable to secure an oncologist to refill the morphine prescription. When presented to the physician on duty with my imminent withdrawal symptoms, he said they werent primary care facility and it was not any concern of theirs whether or not I go into withdrawal!!! I call this an emergency they shouldve been able to help me with writing a refill prescription with all of my documentation of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Just terrible symptoms

If i could give a negative star rating i would. This place is unprofessional but i have to go here because its a work related accident. They are rude especially the receptionist at the front on top of that the wait is horrible DO NOT ADVISE TO GO HERE .
