Unlike most mental health counseling locations, I was actually able to reach the office directly (without having to leave a voicemail) each time I called. Also, it was an extremely urgent matter, so it was a blessing I was able to reach them at 8 a.m. in the morning and schedule an appointment a few days later. The office staff is dedicated and hard working. While I was unable to convince the person who needed help to come in, the office staff worker encouraged this person to come in when calling to verify the appointment. This location also has a large staff of highly qualified therapists. I am grateful to have found this group.

Dr. Hanna did not listen to me, was insensitive and ignorant regarding some personal issues that any competent mental health professional should at least have a grasp of, and ultimately told me I was depressed and tried to shuffle me out the door with a prozac prescription. I did not come to her for depression...Im very disappointed in the way I was treated. I cant speak as to the quality of the other practitioners in this office, but my experience with Dr. Hanna was so unpleasant that I will be looking for another provider entirely.
