I dont recommend this place nor the doctors . There is person called Shelly at the office she is the rudest, racists and disrespectful person , Seems like she is running this place and everything must be the way that she wants it when I called for appointment she didnt want to even listen to me to see why do I need to see doctor . There is no such thing is called EMERGENCY in that office no matter how much you are in pain there is never appointments available for you month early ! They refer you to go to urgent care . I personally never been visited by doctor Brown III even though he shows in my insurance card as my primary doctor he never had available time to his new patients so you need to see another doctor or nurse . And doctor Seyoum never liked me as a fact he came to the room to visit me then he left and told the nurse why do you take care of her!!!!!!! Thats exactly what doctor told to the nurse???! (and It was my second appointment ) . So I change my doctor . And today I called to transfer my documents to my new doctor again unfortunately this Shelly drama started arguing with me even though I told her I will me more than happy to stop by to sing the paper ! She was so rude and disrespectful she doesnt even want to listen to me all she said its going to take them "A WEEK" to transfer and she doesnt want to discuss with me anything anymore! So then I let my Social work to deal with them! Thanks Performance health Care for amazing staff and nice Service .

On July 14th I went to pick up my blood test results and my cholesterol is high and my triglycerides are through the roof (mine is 1077mg/dL, normal is under 199mg/dL). I went to CVS to refill a triglyceride medication I was previously on and they said I need doctor approval, so CVS sent a form to them. After a couple of days I called and talked to Mikalah, she told me she would take care of it and call me back to let me know, she never did. I called back and was told to leave a voicemail for Daniel, he never called me back. I called AGAIN and left a voicemail for the woman in charge of referrals, still no one has called me back 8 days later. This is an urgent matter and quite simple to be taken care of since I was already on the medication. This is a life threatening issue due to my already high blood pressure and can cause me serious illness or death and shouldnt be ignored. They are a law suit waiting to happen. This is not the first time I have had issues with this office. Their lack of professionalism and organization is a joke. Save yourself from the misery and pick a different office, my wife was lucky enough to find a different office to go to and the difference in care is unbelievable. As soon as I can find another doctors office I am out of here!

Dodged a Bullet

HORRIBLE! A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN OR AN UNWARRANTED MAJOR MEDICAL EVENT FOR A PATIENT...which ever comes first! Snarky people who run the front desk and back office! Rude assistants...believe me...these girls & guys are NOT nurses by any definition by the State of California! The girl who does the referrals is so snarky & condescending its terribly unpleasant to have to work with her. The "owner" is a chiropractor who behaves so rudely you do not want to have to talk to him...he crosses the line when it comes to medical...hes not licensed to make any judgement on anything medical! BUT...the WORST is the doctor they employee there, a general practitioner, Dr.Mesfin Seyoum...doesnt listen or get his facts straight, dismissive, says inappropriate things that no one should EVER say to a patient...just a total flake! DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH WITH THESE THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!

The PA I used to see, Susan McCabe no longer works there. I was in her care for over 2 years and really liked her. Unfortunately, Im now under Dr. Mesfin Seyoums care. I cannot stress enough how horrible the experience was. My wait time was almost 90 minutes. He strolls in, starts talking, abruptly decides he needs a drink of water and returns 5 minutes later. He was THE MOST condescending, aggresively rude, and overall unprofessional doctor I have EVER seen. I was in extreme pain, and left in tears. DO NOT SEE DR. SEYOUM. Worst medical appointment Ive ever had.

Starting from front desk to the Drs very reckless and unprofessional. You have to wait from 45mintes to one 1:30 hr for the Drs to come and talk to u but rush u to talk in two minutes. Plus you make appointment no body calls u back, u need to keep remind them over and over again .They count you as a number not as a human being. I dont recomend this place at all.it your health not cloth shopping u try and return it back.

Not only do they treat your condition (they have helped heal my foot a lot), but they also treat your morale with a positive encouraging attitude.

unfriendly staff, wife could not be seen in a timely manner when trying to reschedule. the front desk person was really snark and wouldnt give us a appointment till the end of the month5. it was her first appointment . I think I will be switching again.

Horrible place. Ive waited over an hour in a room for a dr. Twice now. Never contacted for blood test results for over 3 months until I called for an appointment. This office is horrible dont go here.
