My 7 year old daughter cut her chin open falling on the stairs. It was about 8 pm and most other urgent care places were closed. We certainly did not want to wait 5 hours at a hospital. She was petrified to have stitches done, but we took her here not wanting to have a big scar if it was a bad cut. The doctor was the most caring and patient possible, reassuring her over and over through her tears that he would be as gentle as possible. My wife was also freaking out and he helped her understand why stitches were needed. The entire procedure lasted about 20 minutes, but comforting them to get started took almost as long. Afterwards, my daughter said that it did not hurt at all, even the pain numbing needle that was injected right underneath the cut. She is looking forward to have the stitches removed by this same doctor. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional services we received. It was my first experience here. I am glad we found this place.

This place is a joke !! Its hard to know who theirs looking out for in a worker comp case , the employee or employer. They keep very bad records and make false statement on them so read them before you walk out the door . All the work status reports from each visit are the same are are just computer generated . Yesterday I went in for my foot and lower back but when I left the paperwork said I was there for my knee. The went to the doctor with the paper work and he claims the front desk took the report before he was done writing it. Yikes when ask why he didnt write anything at all about my foot or back in the paperwork he claims he was not authorized To see me for those issue. Does that make sence I came in for my foot and back he looks at my knee. Me very very careful if you go here for worker comp because something not right at all.

I had the misfortune of suffering a bad stiff neck in March. I called my PCPs office to be seen but she was out of time and I was advised to go to US Healthworks in Chino. First thing they asked was my co-pay which I paid. I was seen for roughly 5 minutes after waiting for about 45 minutes. Got Rxs for pain. I now receive a bill from a debt collector. I called my insurance and they said they never a got a bill from this facility. Why do these people not know their job? If you pay a co-pay and show your insurance card, that means you have an insurance! Why not send the bill to the insurance as you are supposed to? Why do I have to take extra effort to correct their mistake? And to a debt collector??? That was the first and last visit I will ever do to that facility!!!!! 0 star......

Actually wanted to give no star for this bad experience with them. This morning 5/1/2016. Wife went there due to neck pain b/c our primary is not available next week, and the PA Rosslynn Byaispac. rudely, LOUDLY, refused right away to see her and said "You go back to your primary doctor. I am sick and tired to do this! I dont treat chronic pain. This is what urgent care for". In addition the receptionist rudely greeted her with "WHY ARE YOU HERE? WE ARE URGENT CARE. WE DONT TREAT CHRONIC PAIN. WE JUST TREAT COMMON COLD" who is as impolite and rude. They both were still mumbling and gossipping about she as she walked out. Very rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience" They also didnt open on time. I will report them to our insurance.

I had went in to have my TB test checked, a very simple procedure, and I was denied assistance even though I had already paid for the test and had it administered 2 days prior (as usual). The rude, snooty girl at the desk refused to see reason and told me I had to have the entire process redone because they lost my paperwork. Honestly I am never coming back to his clinic and I highly suggest going somewhere that actually knows that they are doing. Overall, I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

Ive been this to this place like four times, and every time I go there, theres a very minimum waiting time, The place is clean and the staff is very polite and understanding, the doctors take their time with you to answer your questions, and when it comes to referring U-2 other specialist they give you the best in the area , I am very happy with this clinic, I would highly recommend it to other people.

I was a walk in to get a TB test. I paid the $40 and they took me into a back room and took my vitals. They said I had a low grade fever and they could not issue the test. They refunded me my money and told me to come back once the fever was gone. Two weeks later I was received a bill for a TB test even though I never received one. There are too many urgent cares out there to go back to this one.

If I could give zero stars I would, 2 different occasions my children were either misdiagnosed or doctors failed to diagnose. I ended up in the ER. The front staff was rude and incompetent. I will never go back here. Also, billed me over $150 for 1 visit and the doctor did nothing but tell me there was nothing they could do. My kids had ear infections. Not rock science....

brought in my 3yr old. staff was friendly and helpful. Dr was the kindest physician I have ever crossed paths with, she made my daughter feel comfortable and was extremely helpful and thorough. I had never experienced such detailed care. thank you so much for treating us like humans and not just clients!!!

Waited 2 hours and 1/ 2 and still awaiting to be seen for the worker comp Dr. What is the point of having a appointment. You should be resting when you are hurt rather than stressed out and awaiting for a ridiculous of waiting time. Writing the letter to theur coporate office

The wait time is terrible and only gotten worst...I have been here for 2 hrs! I came last week and same thing, it takes them an hour to admit you and another hour to see the doctor....and thats with an appt.

These craphole clinics are ALWAYS horrible. There was no one here but I still had to be here over 3 hours just for a physical. Its like they hire the slowest, laziest, fake ass physicians they can find.
