Im new to this city so I looked for a doctor, I called Virginia Garcia Memorial Clinic and they gave me an apt. for the next day I was happy until I went in. The office was not in good shape and almost no one spoke good english I got to my apt. on time and two hrs later I walked out still not seeing the doctor and I was told the doctor is ready to come in your room now dont you want to see her? I said NO and left. I guess welcome to town

They are not very reliable I would get a second opinion on anything after going here and getting a diagnosis. There are a couple doctors who are helpful and understanding but there are other who are not. It does take a while to actually see a doctor and there are communication issues with in the staff. This phone number is not the one for the clinic, it is the pharmacy phone number.

I was new in town, no one in Forest Grove was taking new patients, I called got my appoint quickly, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Belli was very through, sending me to specialist for a problem my old Dr. In Arizona, missed, I am very pleased. The building had just been remodeled, it was georgous and spotless. The only negative is the parking, but not much they can do.

Virginia Garcia is a joke . I have been on hold from 8am till 10am and nobody has answered the call . Im in pain because of them after I got my flu shot With them and now I can hardly move my arm. Plus the person who have me the shot didnt know what he was doing he gave me my shot on top of my shoulder not in my arm.

If they ask you to check in 10-15 min early before your appointment they shouldnt have to make you wait for more then an hour. I seen patients coming to check in past their appointment and they were first to go inside.

Great staff! But goodness you can be on hold for ever!! Last 2x I have called been Johnny on the spot! Ive got better care from them than the 6 yrs I was with Kaiser!! Keep up the good work!

My dr is good but i hate how when i call im on hold forever and no one ever comes to the phone sick of that whats the point in having all them workers when no one answers the phone.....

Have been on hold for 24 mins! And Im calling from a physician office on their "Dr" line. Anyone in Healthcare knows, you dont have the time to wait 24 mins on hold
