Ive been to this location atleast 5-6 times now. Poss. Even more although no matter how early i am i always end up waiting 1 or 2 hours watching people with appointnents after mine be taken back. The staff here is very unprofessional, foul language at the front desk and lack of guidance is a problem. It seems as if even the doctors have better things to do than examine there pt and client. The only thing that i could narrow down to explain this is compensation is low for employees. Also after waiting and being treated so crappily of course your not going to leave a "donation" if these people would act more professional.and show more care towards pts they would be having funding issues because the majority would tip if made to feel welcome and of some kind of pt importance.

For starters the care and staff are always very nice and helpful. Clean clinic. The only issue is that they can be unorganized. This office for one is extremely overpacked all the time considering the size and being the only west side clinic. Forget about making an appointment, I arrived 30 mins early (because I know how it can be here) and still got called AFTER my 11 a.m. Appointment. Then you have to wait forever after being seen for results. Come here on a day when you dont have any plans.

Ive even going to this planned parenthood since I was 16, ten years. Ive been going in by walk ins and appointments and theyve seen me through getting my first birth control all the way to confirming my pregnancy when I was 22. The staff are all so nice and work with you for however many questions you need answers to. Ive never had a bad experience with Planned Parenthood and love the Beaverton location. I still prefer to come here for birth control than go to my actual physician.

Very kind, easy to speak with and they dont make you feel horrible in anyway. They have amazing vibs and make it not as hard to get help. I was slightly worried when I called and heard a male voice but not even in minutes he made me regret being scared at first because he was the nicest person I have ever spoke with and the insurance department called me back within 24hours. All around nicer, kinder and easier to deal with then say LoveJoy...,

I have been here twice and expect the wait no big deal but if your going to be rude and expect donations no way.. I went in for a copy of my ultra sound to give to my obgyn and they literally made me sit for a hour. How hard is it to take a copy of my ultra sound..? I honestly think the people that work here are worthless plan parenthood needs new faces especially at this location because the location downtown are extremely nice..

An aquantence of mine needs a refill on a script for a condition that will never go away and was diagnosed by planned parenthhod. The script is for the life long treatment medication. Anyways they want a consoltation to give the script at the tune of 220.00 dollars. So they have to pay 220.00 dollars to be told they still have it and allways will need this medication. Highway robbery, this should be illegal.

Ive gone to this location multiple times and have always recieved wonderful service. The people who work there are always nice and willing to answer questions. They are usually time efficient and Ive never had to wait an excessive ammount of time, even as a walk in. Theres also never any pressure to donate or any judgement for the reason of my visit. I feel more comfortable going here than any other clinic.

I am baffled. I made an appointment days before, arrived early. Checking me in took 40 minutes, then another 20 minutes for my name to be called. As someone who works in the medical field, I can confidently say this is absurd. All I wanted was a pack of Ella! The lack of professionalism and organization here is so apparent. Horrible.

Today I had an appointment at 11am. But because of LACK OF PROVIDERS, I had to still wait and HOUR AND A HALF! To get birth control pills! This place had ONE provider on a SATURDAY! Ridiculous doesnt even cover how I feel right now. I get they help people who are broke, but holy crap, get more people on the weekend!!!

People are nice and helpful but I have been sitting here for 2 hours even with an appointment. Very frustrating and annoying. I hate coming to this location, nothing is ever on time.
