The dental hygienist and assistants are respectful and very helpful, the dentists are considerate and thorough, and the girls at the front desk are always busy--yet friendly. I had a treatment change saving me over 2500 dollars-- Thank you Dr. Augustine. However, the overpayment has not been refunded in the amount of time specified by the office manager. In fact, I was lead to believe that all was taken care of, yet, on my next visit the office manager said I had to sign a new treatment first--therefore, I had to wait from that later day for my refund. The specified wait time has went by, and I have still not received my refund. So, I left a message during my visist, with an office assistant, for the office manager to call me--no reply. The next day I left a message on the office voicemail--no reply. Another day goes by and I talked to an assistant on the Aspen Dental main helpline, who sent an email to the office manager to call me--no reply. Therefore, I left a complant with an office assistant, who tells me that the office manager was busy with a client, but said, "she took care of it." Pissed-off, I insisted she have the office manager call me, because I am clueless to what that statement even means, and that I feel the office manager is being very unprofessional and rude--still, no reply. One bad apple is all it takes... The office manager did not schedule my first appointment until my check cleared, however, my overpayment refund can be extremely late? And, she can ignore calling me back to explain why? Three days later here I am, with no reply, nor refund of overpayment. The lateness of my refund is one thing, this type of behavior from a so-called professional, where I am spending thousands of dollars, is another--very unprofessional and rude.

My experience was perfect. Everyone at the front desk was nice and I could hear other conversations with employees and patients and they were extra friendly and helpful. Jennifer took me back for X-rays and a cleaning. During my X-ray she asked me personalized questions about my oral hygiene and any concerns that I may have had. I had a concern and didnt address it because I wanted to be in and out(which I was). Once she started my cleaning she asked me again and that time I answered her. My 2 bottom teeth looked gray and she explained to me that it was a stain and she would try her best to get them removed. She did exactly that and she educated me on where the stains could have come from. She educated me on how to brush my teeth and what to brush them with. I have an electric toothbrush but I wanted exactly what Jennifer used on my teeth and so I also purchased the oral b electric tooth brush. She even complimented me on my dental hygiene and recommended I floss more. I am a sales manager and Jennifer sold me on a product just by educating me on it and showing me how to use it. Her service is behind excellent and it is the very reason I will keep coming back. Normally I can careless who helps get my pearly whites back to health but after this experience I will always ask for Jennifer. Aspen has a lifetime patient and thats thanks to Sylvia for referring me to Aspen.

Everyone was extremely friendly, and helpful. I did not like how they get you in there for a "FREE" exam/x-rays and $66 cleaning for 1st visiit. However, you have to reschedule to come back for the cleaning. Then if you inquire about something else (example, teeth whitening, bridge for missing tooth that was an error of previous dentist, electric toothbrush, etc) suddenly you are into hundreds & thousands of dollars. When you are on SSI or disability, have no dental insurance, or other source of income how do places like this expect to service the less fortunate? Really? I realize it is a profession & they went to school & have to make a living too, but WOW! I only wanted my teeth cleaned! I strongly dislike when they want you to come back to clean your teeth after your exam/x-rays. If you have no cavities or major problem, they should clean your teeth at that time of service. Needless to say, I probably will not go back there in six months because of the expense. (example, exam, x-rays, come back for cleaning, fluoride, cancer test for mouth or gum disease, etc.) It will be well over $150 for the next cleaning not including exam & x-rays. Hope this helps the less fortunate. If you have good dental insurance, I would highly recommend this facility.

My smile has always been very important to me. My favorite saying is, "A Smile Is A Girls Most Important Accessory". When my dentures cracked at the front teeth (basically in half) I couldnt wear them and wont work without them. The dentist I went to originally was on vacation as was his entire office...I thought I was stuck! I contacted Aspen Dental and they got me in right away!! From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable! The receptionist was welcoming and thorough with the paper work, the Dental assistants were friendly and sociable. The Dr. was gentle and caring and the tech who fixed my broken denture did a phenomjnal job!! I not only got the repair done but a new set of dentures are on their way as the current ones dont fit properly . I needed to finance them and the billing department was extremely helpful in getting everything worked out with patience and understanding! I thank all of you for making my first but not last experience with you such a positive one! I will be referring my friends and family!!

I hate dentists! I wait until I really need one before I make an appointment. I was seen twice by Dr. Kari Nguyen and she has made it so much easier to go when I am having trouble. I was told I needed a root canal and an appointment was made to see her. She explained the problem I had and started working on it. She found that the cavity was in a gray area where a root canal might not be needed and gave me my options. Each step was explained to me as she tackled them. On another appointment with a new issue, she examined the xrays and my mouth and determined that it wasnt a dental problem. I was having side effects from medication I was on. It is much more relaxing to go into a business and trust that they are honest and not just out to make a buck. Dr. Kari Nguyen is always smiling and I would recommend her to everyone.

Got my 2 teeth pulled a year ago. After 3 weeks I noticed a big chunk of my tooth was still in my gums, went back and the doctor told me it was my jaw bone and if it didnt heal in few weeks come back and theyll grind it down. Fast forward few weeks I noticed it was lose so I pulled it our and it was a tooth. So anyway as weeks and months go by few chunks of my teeth come out. Now its been a year and one of my gums just isnt healing right around one tooth and realized today there a huge chunk of my tooth they supposedly pulled still in there. F..k this place. I knew it was a bad idea to go there but went anyways, I guess its my fault. Advice yo everyone, go to your local dantist and pay a few extra dollars but get the job done right.
