Wish I didnt have to even give one star! My wife made an appt. for me on Thursday for an extremely painful broken tooth. She told them I wanted the tooth pulled and was told it would be no problem. I was told during my exam that they wouldnt pull the tooth until I had a Medical Clearance from my primary doctor. I got an appt. for 3:15 the next day with primary, but was told by dental staff they wouldnt be able to fit me in after that appt. and they set me up for Saturday at 11:15. I was told to have primary fax clearance as soon as appt. was over and call them to let them know. I called right away to tell them clearance was being faxed and I would be in on Saturday for my 11:15 appt. and I was told they couldnt see me on Saturday because they scheduled too many surgeries. I told them I was in severe pain and already had made an appt., but they insisted they couldnt help me and said Monday at noon was the soonest they could fit me in. So, instead of getting the help and relief I needed on Thursday, I had to wait until Monday (4 more days of excrutiating tooth, jaw and head pain). I will warn everyone I know that needs a dentist to stay away from New Image Dental... Not just the location in West Melbourne, but all of them. If a business that is supposed to help people cant be bothered to keep their word, then the whole organization is at fault for not holding each location to the highest standards of their profession! I hope the corporate headquarters gets to read this and some changes are made to ensure that future patients arent treated with the same lack of care I was treated with. I am now in the process of finding a good dentist that wont give me the run around like New Image did!!!

I love this place! I first came to see Dr. Ahmed in so much pain! I informed him I was a little nervous of needles and of the process. Dr. Ahmed checked on with me throughout the whole procedure, every 2 minutes asked me if Im ok, and if I wasnt to raise my left hand. He said, "Ive got my eye on your left hand." This made me feel so safe to know he was actually worried about my pain level. And more importantly I am pain free for the first time in years!! There truly isnt enough GOOD things I can say about the entire staff here and Dr. Ahmed. I personally always ask for Carmen when having any procedures! Shes great and really cares! Very rare to find genuine people who love their jobs and are in it to help people! My wife and I will never ever go anywhere else for dentistry! 5 stars but deserves 10!

I am fairly new to this area and was searching for a great dentist. I am glad I came upon New Image Dentistry. Paul, the receptionist was super duper nice and made me feel like family when I walked in the door. Then I met Dr. Ahmed whom I am very pleased to have him as my dentist. He is truly a joy and made me feel very comfortable. He explains what needs to be done and takes pride in what he does. THE care and treatment is overall the best I have experienced. I would recommend anybody to this office.

I absolutely LOVE them. Excellent dentist Dr. Ahmed and did my root canal and that too a painless procedure I was very afraid before the procedure but Dr. Ahmed treated me so well that the procedure was against my mind I was very happy with that thing . By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Ahmed is amazing. He is not only "above standards" in his work but extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend this establishment for your entire family. My daughter has been a patient here for 2 yrs as well (shes 11), and absolutely loves going to the dentist!!

Came in to get my teeth cleaned and I was given the best service. They have TVs so you can watch a movie as you get your teeth worked on which is a nice convenience. The staff is excellent and super friendly. Dr. Ahmed is a chill dude and is a true professional at his profession. Come check out this place.

Went with an emergency wisdom tooth issue today and Dr. Ahmed stayed after hours to have my issue resolved. Was not a patient with them before but they still took care of me. Friendly staff, and Dr. Ahmed has a great bedside manner. Will use this office for all of my future dental needs.
