I had a very bad experience before at the dentist, but then realized I needed to go to remove my tooth because of a serious toothache. Before I even got there, I called to make sure I had the right directions and the lady at the front desk gave me exact directions and found the place with no problem. I managed to walk in with a lot of anxiety and nerves which soon started to disappear after talking again with the lady at the front desk. She made me some what relaxed until my name was called. After sitting in the chair going thru x-rays and consultation, the plan had been decided to pull my tooth! With more anxiety and nerves which soon disappeared when the lady at the front desk came in had me sign papers, explained everything with great detail and made me feel comfortable after explaining to her I feel embarrassed she replied, "You have nothing to be embarrassed about." She then put jelly to numb the area which the lady doctor would later put the novocaine. The lady doctor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as she was numbing my right side of my mouth. She would always ask if I could feel that and if so would numb me again. I said I was very nervous and she replied, "you are more brave then you think you are." My tooth came out with not much effort and I was excited, I even let out a whoo-hoo! The lady who discharged me and was the doctors assistant was very patient, kind and very informative. My opinion of dentist have changed enormously, I owe it all to the caring and expertise of the ladies at the Premier Walk-In Dental. Thanks ladies for changing my mind and doing your job so that everyone is treated with dignity, respect, caring and above all professionalism. If it was not for you, I would still have my tooth ache and in a lot of pain. May God bless you in many ways, for you deserve each and everyone of them. by Diane Ellison

Dr. Collins. Monica, and Christi are amazing. They dont make you feel guilty for having dental issues and the rates are the same as non emergency dentist offices which is great especially when you need to see a dentist asap. My husband now goes here to and he thinks highly of them also.

Could NOT be happier!! I was scared, and Monica eased my fears, AND she answered ALL my questions without me having to ask a single one. Dr. Collins was professional, making sure I stayed comfortable. Wouldnt imagine a better team reintroducing me to my dental health potential.

Had filling fall out, swallowed it, tooth was chewing on my cheek. Went to Premier Walk in, office neat bright, staff excellent, Dr Zhang and technician have small fingers, good when they are working in my mouth. Left with nice new filling, happy camper.

Warm friendly staff, kind and nearly painless (but I had a deep tooth infection like never before so what can I expect???lol) loved it and highly recommend!!
