This account shows up as my husbands account but my name is actually Sharmayne Gay. I have been calling this Austintown refresh dental location for 2 1/2 weeks either theres no answer or I leave a message and have not got a return phone call yet. I am trying to get work done on my teeth which needs done extremely bad and its ridiculous to get a hold of anybody and I cannot even get a call back this is very uncalled for. I guess Im going to have to show up at this location to actually talk to someone. I was at this location about a year ago to get a consultation on the work that needed done on my teeth and cannot get no help financially to get the work done on my teeth now that I am able to I cant get a hold of anybody to get this going.

Absolutely terrible place. Very unprofessional and rude. Didnt numb fully when getting multiple teeth pulled and felt everything. DR was very rude and staff was also. Prescribed medication without explaining how much and when to take. On the bottle it says "take as directed". Was never directed. Also, after their staff said the insurance would cover the procedure, they said that it would not after already having it done. So now have to pay for their negligence. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been calling for over a week to set up an appt. no one answers the phone. Also left name and number for call back, which never received. Called back and pressed 1 as new patient, even though I have been there before, and sat on hold for 20 minutes listening to how important my call is, please hold message. I will now find another dentist who can answer the phones.

Will not be using this office any longer! I paid 400 dollars for temporary healing dentures that did not fit from the very beginning and they will not make another pair or help you in any way! So i go without any teeth for 6 months until getting my permanents and 400 dollars down the drain! Manager is very un helpful!! I will not be referring anyone else there!

Terrible service and long wait times. My friend was scheduled to get her tooth pulled at 1 and didnt get called back till almost 3. Then they lied to her and told her that they could not put her to sleep when in the consult they said it wouldnt be a problem. They finally put her to sleep after she lept crying. Had to wait till 5:30 till she was finally done.

They did such an amazing job on my wisdom teeth! They girls at the desk were so nice and helpful and the doctor did great and really helped calm me down because of my fear. I am now switching to their dentist because of how amazing my first visit was and how much easier of a process they made it for me! Thank you to the whole staff!:)

Victoria and dr b were wonderful to my 12yr old and 16 yr old even though they were short staffed. There was a long wait but it was worth it, my kids said it was the first time they didnt even feel the Novocain shots when they went in. Very good at their jobs and gentle

Have been going here for a few months now and had 2 root canals done. They put a temporary filling on the back of my one which has fallen out. I had an appt and they keep calling me to rescedual. This has happened 3 times now!

Arrived 10:15 for a 10:40am post op appointment for pain. Didnt get taken to room for evaluation until 12:21pm. Even expressed the pain was unbearable at 11:40!
