Took my dad here for an appointment and waited over an hour. Checked in and wondered why they didnt have a location to write down when you arrived like my doctors office and now I understand why: they dont want documented evidence of poor scheduling and poor efficiency. Even overheard another couple go to the counter and say theyve been waiting for at least 1.5 hours. Dont come here unless you have a day to waste.

I had major bunionectomy on both feet in 2016 (July and Dec) after having recommendation to have surgery 10 years ago. Now I have 2 straight big toes, more balance, in shoes again, and back to walking and jogging without pain. Dr Bhatkta and Monica in office are the best. Thank you for helping me get my life back!

My mom has seen Dr Bhakta about a half dozen times. Most of the time the wait has been 90 minutes or longer. Wish doctors had more respect for peoples time. Dr Bhakta is a nice guy but the way they schedule patients is terrible. Weve tried both the Mansfield and Arlington offices.

Great service and a wonderful staff. The doctors are really knowledgable here. They sell really nice shoes too that are incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!
