Ive been seeing Dr Hopper for several years now. I love him!! Pat, the lady upfront is just the sweetest person too ... Loves my jokes LOL Amy the scheduler is just super as well and has even met me at the office and opened up after hours for me when Ive needed to pick up a prescription on the weekend ... Ive been seeing Psych docs since about 2001 and the last 4- 5 Yrs with Dr Hopper have been the best ever .... He has lead me so gently, at my own pace, into the dark nether regions of my soul and allowed me discover for myself the damage in my mental foundation. And then just as carefully and kindly, he has helped me to clean it out and rebuild with a strong and healthy self understanding .. After seeing the "best" docs for years I Atlanta and San Antonio ... I found the prize in little old Rockport Texas - Whod have thunk it ...

Every visit I have ever had has been wonderful in every aspect.Dr. Hopper is easy to talk to, I feel confident that he is genuinely listening to my concerns with a sympathetic ear. Ive been to see 3 or 4 different physicians prior to meeting Dr. Hopper. After my first appointment with him I realized that it is possible to receive "care" from your Dr . As Far as the office goes, it is charming, quaint little place with hardly any waiting at all. I have had some less than stellar interactions with one of the receptionists over the phone on a bit of a regular basis, at least whenever my husband or I have her answer our call- but the other 2 or 3 ladies are always sweet and personable. I have recommended him to most everybody whos asked me if I knew of any good Drs. He really is a great Dr.

Dr. Hopper is a such an amazing Psych. He takes the time to listen to his clients. He takes care of both adults and children, and I am so thankful for that. I just wish he was accepting Medicaid still. Its hard to find a good Dr., especially in the Psychiatric department. He deserves 5 stars hands down.
