Today I had worst experience of my life at this place. I arrived at 8:12 Am for 8:30 appointment. Asked to complete the paper work, returned in 10 minutes. No other patients except me in the clinic. At 8:40 I asked front desk lady, I politely asked how much more time I have to wait. Instead of telling me wait for another 5-10 minutes she responded to me you are supposed to be here 10 before the appointment. I said I am here ate 8:12 for 8:30 and she got offended and then she said you are first time patient and it will take time. But wont tell me how much. I go back and take seat and she calls me immediately asks me to pay $ amount. I asked why? and this time she literally blew up and without providing any rational reason she said its our policy and this is not Baylor anymore. So far, I was patient but now I lost it. I thought I have all right to ask why. I said I know this Doctor for past 2 years and I want to talk to her. Then she started explaining certain patient slip away after the appointment without paying so they started collecting early etc. Told me I can see Dr. after paying the $ during my appointment. When I told week back I brought my wife here, she was first time patient and even she paid after the visit, she had no answer to that. I asked is this policy only applies to me because I asked you my appointment is delayed? She didnt responded and shut the glass door on me. At 8:57 again I ask her about my appointment, she told me to reschedule or cancel if I am in hurry. She added, since I didnt pay my appointment is getting delayed. Finally, 9 AM nurse take me inside, no greetings, no smile nothing. Dr. Raghu visits me after 5 minutes, finishes diagnosis and I tole my complaint and she gave her justification. We have been seeing Dr. Raghu for past couple of years, she has been very nice to us that is why we moved to her new clinic when she moved. I know delay happens, totally OK with it. But take time to explain people especially, first time patient about your policies. And remember everyone have multiple options to choose from. I wish them good luck.

Dr. Raghu is super worried about the insurance coverage. My mom was there for a physical and diabetic management and when she asked about a pain she is having for the last month, Dr. Raghu clearly said " you need to set up another appointment, because your insurance does not cover anything more than what I just did today" We need more Doctors who care about patients not about how the insurance is going to cover the 3 minutes she needs to answer my mom concern. I will keep a close eye in what she will charge the insurance. And obviously I am looking for another Dr, who the first priority is the patient health not how much they going to charge the insurance!!! Worst experience ever, very disappointed!!

The office staff is unprofessional & rude. The receptionists are the link between patients and the doctor. If they are not friendly and informative its very difficult to see doctor.Even if you like your doctor, a bad office staff could signal its time to look elsewhere. Only good thing about this office is its new and most of the equipments are new. Except that nothing else is satisfactory.People dont respect ur time, they dont explain their policy,they demand your payments before u even c the doctor, no office manager to sort out any issues !!! Thank god! We the patients have options! Happy to choose any other and never ever recommend this place to any.

Warning: DO NOT go this place. I went there for the first time for checkup. Doctor told me annual physical is free through my insurance. I also asked Doctor to make sure and she said yes all labs for annual physical is free. After a month, I received 2 bills from the labs. I spoke to labs and my insurance provider, both stated that they sent the bills to patient whatever Doctor has charged. I called the Irving primary care providers office, the customer service representative told me that I had signed the paper. This place is FAKE. I asked 2 times and they said its free. Please go to any other place other than this, they just care about money not the patients.

I am a fairly new patient to this practice and the office staff and doctor have been nothing but welcoming, friendly, helpful above and beyond. Dr. Raghu was exceptional. She took time to listen to my concerns, was thorough in her examination and asked me questions. I truly appreciate the answers she provided for my questions. Im very satisfied with her medical acumen and bedside manners. I had a problem with my insurance and billing and Dr. Raghu took personal attention to have it resolved. I couldnt have asked for better in choosing a new doctor. I highly recommend her and Im very happy with my decision to switch to her office.

I have been under Dr. Raghus care for more than a year and Im extremely happy about the healthcare decisions she has made for me. Dr. Raghu spent more time with me than any other doctor Ive ever seen. She teaches me to manage my health including prevention rather than just treating the disease. She is extremely caring, professional, and an excellent doctor. She is very polite and makes me feel very comfortable addressing issues. Would highly recommend.

Dr. V. Raghu is a very caring, understanding and professional doctor, she goes above and beyond for her patients. The front office staff is also professional, friendly and helpful. I didnt have to wait very long before being called back to a room. I came to her as a new patient explained to her my medical history and she got me the care and medication I needed. I recommend Dr. V. Raghu for your primary care needs.

Dr. Raghu is a wonderful, caring and professional doctor. She is a very passionate person ,who takes time to listen to your concerns. Dr. Raghu instills confidence from her personable manner as well as the particularly high level of knowledge she obviously possesses. I trust her decisions that she has made for my health. Fantastic new location. We have been with Dr Raghu for 4-5 years. Looks like they fixed their receptionist problems as outlined in some of the other reviews. They have a new lady who is very friendly and attentive. I recommend this place.

Really like the new clinic. Plus both the doctor and staff are great. I really like the place. The place only accepts Saturday by appointments so have to make sure to get an appointment in advance.
